I don't want to jinx my own team but yes, the spirit does seem to be getting better, and I know Xavi's not the best man for the long term but he's already instilling a better team spirit that I can see, and again we must remember now we are rebuilding. Just focus on style and formation and discipline. Train up the young squad and get more stability back in defence. Getafe to do a double on Real would be awesome though hehe

I would also not completely dismiss this option, considering it completely impossible. Real Madrid may well sign both Mbappe and Haaland, despite the fact that it will be very, very difficult to do so. On the one hand, in this case, the Madrid club can be helped by the option that Mbappe will come to the club as a free agent and will only need to spend money on Haaland's transfer. On the other hand, the first option is by no means obvious and Paris Saint-Germain is making great efforts to extend the contract with the footballer. Another question is whether the players and especially their entourage will want to share the attention on themselves and financial resources in one club when there are still applicants for their signing.

Real Madrid have one of the best teams in Lalliga this season with their performance weekly,they have shown how good they are,and how ready they are to win the Lalliga tittle.Despite the fact that  Athletico Madrid are trying their possible means to try to fill up the gap between them and the league leaders.

I saw that since Xavi became Barcelona coach, Barcelona's performance began to improve. Although Barcelona has not played like the Barcelona
we know, but many positive results are starting to be achieved by Barcelona. Even Barcelona is slowly starting to move up its position in La Liga
and I believe Xavi is able to make Barcelona into the top 4 this season. Moreover, Barcelona is quite active in looking for new players in
the January transfer market, proving that Barcelona is trying to strengthen its squad. Even though Granada is unbeaten in the last 5 matches,
however, Barcelona is a better team than Granada. So the chances of Barcelona winning are much bigger, I agree Barcelona will win the game
against Granada.

Getafe did manage to beat Real Madrid, and are unbeaten in the last 6 matches in La Liga. But that does not mean Getafe is a strong team,
because Getafe's current position is in 16th position close to the relegation zone. This means Getafe are a weak team, but their performance
has improved compared to the beginning of this season. So Sevilla really have to be careful against Getafe, and I believe Sevilla can beat
Getafe, moreover Sevilla's performance this season has been extraordinary. Sevilla are now in second place, and only 5 points away from
Real Madrid, so Sevilla must be very motivated to beat Getafe, in order to catch up with the points owned by Real Madrid.

They are the same guests at this weekend's game. Barcelona under Xavi are quite good, they will play Granada. Maybe Barcelona will win by a one-goal margin. Barcelona's last four league games have never lost. That must continue if Barca are to enter the UCL Zone for next year. Regarding Getafe they made a surprise by beating Madrid. Alguacil's troops were in high confidence. They haven't lost in the last five games. Against sevilla, they're a good team. Maybe the draw was fair enough for Getafe.

I am a little perplexed about Copa Del Rey actually, Barcelona was doing badly, Villarreal kicked by a mid-table second devision team, Celta Vigo got kicked also by I don't know where that team is playing. Meanwhile ATM is doing some training with 5 goals scored until now.

Sure, if Real Madrid can sign them, it can be the solution to strengthen their attacking line. Not only resolve the position left by Vinicius, but it can resolve the problem if Benzema cannot play with his best or he is injured as well. However, it won't be easy to sign Mbappe or Haaland, there are too many clubs that want to sign them. Also, their current clubs are trying to extend their contract since they still expect to see those best players on their squad. I don't know what the scenario or drama will happen to those players, let's see where they will play in the next season.  

But I think it is not impossible. Real Madrid has put some players on the transfer list, this can decrease the number of players' salaries. The possible problem that can happen is about the total number of players' salaries. While for transfer fees, I am sure Real Madrid has enough money to buy Haaland/Mbappe.

Barcelona are facing a big problem with injuries right now. But they still have managed to climb to the fifth position in the league standings too. But their next game is really difficult which is against Granada. As it is an away game also, Barcelona can have a really hard time in this. Granada have been one of the strong home teams lately. I checked and saw that they won their last three home games. This might be a big problem for Barcelona. My prediction for this game is a draw by goals.

This season most likely yes, I agree with you, it's still weak to fight. And Javi's result doesn't seem to affect the team much, strange, maybe it takes him a long time to "rebuild" the team in a different way, but I think other coaches have handled it much faster. The results are still better though, it's noticeable, but not as much as I'd like

I dont really like getafe this year and in the years before. They are playing really bad football and mostly defending and if they score a goal they score. They are unbeaten now and are now getting pace but i dont think this will last a long time

You are correct about being unbeaten for six weeks. This record made me quickly check the table and saw them on 16. Which is not quite impressive. Or were they in the relegation zone before now? They unbeaten record is not reflecting in the table position I think.

Concerning their encounter with Sevilla. It is worthy to note that Sevilla has 100% record against them. So, I do not see Sevilla loosing the match. The worse scenario would be a draw.

Vinicius this season has transformed into a young player with promising prospects in his performance.
I think it will be very good when he can re-strengthen Real Madrid in this match but there is no official statement about him being able to play or not because a few days ago he was still in self-isolation due to a new variant of the virus that hit club madrid.

Getafe are one of the scary teams in the La Liga recently. They are still unbeaten for six weeks if I'm not wrong. And they succeeded in beating even Real Madrid the last time. This can improve their morale at a high rate surely. And this time, they are going to have another tough match against Sevilla away. Sevilla have been a great team so far. And I think that they can end Getafe's streak in this match. Sevilla can win and continue chasing Real Madrid in the standings.

To be honest that is not the lineup Barcelona normally plays with. Which means that it wasn't really shocking that the game was closer than people anticipated. I understand that the result should have been easy no matter who is playing because Barcelona is a big club and you need to beat a team in the fourth division when you are that big.

The offside decision was a weird one and I get it and I understand it but if the goal was given then I wouldn't be totally shocked neither, in that case linares would be 2-1 ahead and that could have changed the whole momentum. All in all the players showed that they are not good enough to be in Barcelona, most of those youngsters need to either get really good or they just need to find other teams for sure. This is why there are so many 18+ year olds that gets no contract and become free agents after they show no improvement.

If Vinicius is in the squad and Real does not have any other big losses, then yes, I agree that it should win easily. I think the score will be at least 1-3 in favor of Real. The match with Sevilla, I would not assess as positive for Barcelona - in the end, they played in the majority for a third of the half and could not do anything.

Right now no one is taking Barcelona as serious contender for this year's title few weeks back mostly peoples were feeling they will not able to have spot in top 4 but lately with change of manager now they are currently in for this spot and most chances they will have their place in with very poor form from Betis, Real Sociedad and Rayo Vallecano now they can replace any team from them.

But, for title race they are already very late with 15 points gape from leader and 10 points gape from second spot Sevilla after 20 rounds is not easy to cover for any team but if they are able to stay in top 4 surely it's going to be big achievement for them in this season with the worst start of this season and early exit from Champions League.

Barcelona's might not be very powerful, but their performance have been a bit good lately. At least, they didn't lost any of their last 4 La Liga matches. Although, I don't think Barcelona will be able to fight for the La Liga title this season, they are presently 15 points behind Real Madrid on the standings. However, Granada is a tough team, and Barcelona have to play carefully in order not to lose.

Barcelona's focus should be one how to slide into the top 4, so as to secure a space in the Champion League next season.

Barcelona's next fixture is going to be tough as it seems. It seems to be against Granada in an away game. Barcelona are still not that powerful now. Consequently, I'm expecting them to have a difficulty in defeating Granada. Barcelona still need to improve their effort a lot to be competitive for the La Liga title. They don't aim such thing at least for this season of course. But they should focus on winning their coming games one by one. We will see what they will do in this one.

Agree here after few years now in this season Valencia is doing some better performance but still very unpredictable as they lost last game against Espanyol even after having very early lead, and they are playing very poor in away matches recently they were good but as they have some good stay in middle of league table now suddenly losing points again could be worst for them and their chances to have some European connection for next season.

Real Madrid is also very good but in last game they lost at home against Getafe is not good signs hopefully now after break they will do again as they were doing all season and holding their grip on title very strongly for this season.

Valencia is not a difficult opponent for Madrid even though the last match was beaten by Getafe with a narrow 1-0 score, plus Valencia's position is currently ranked 9th, making Madrid more confident to be able to win in this match, of course it will be quite an important match. for Madrid to return to winning ways after being beaten by Getafe, it is likely that Madrid will appear more aggressive in this match to be able to score as many goals as possible.
