Not really convincing result indeed .. conceded 2 goals in two minutes and a winning goal at 85' is not typical the real barcelona , but at least yeah they win it.
Sevilla next and with this winning xavi might expect a confidence boost as they have to face elclassico within 3 weeks from then.

they are 7th now and if they keep the incoinconsitent form like this till next year , they might wont play in any european competition lol , such a serious misery.

The large percentage of the team today are a set of really young lads trying to get to play together, and their inexperience was evident about how they were about to let the match slip through their fingers, I wasn't surprised even the more experienced team have done that many times too, but I'm beginning to like the fact Xavi his trusting and trying to build something with this squad, I'm not by any means convinced with the team yet, but I believe they do deserve to be given the chance to prove themselves.

It looks like a draw is still possible at the end of today's Atletico Sevilla and Atletico Madrid match and seem to have answered my doubts yesterday. I just think that a draw is much more likely although I would still like to see Atletico Madrid score more than 2 goals in this match. Maybe 3-1 was a good result for Atletico Madrid to win, but considering the game was almost over the 1-1 result looked even more real.

If this draw lasts until the end of the match then Real Madrid will probably be much safer at the top of the table as the difference in point between Sevilla and Madrid is 7. It might be difficult to see Sevilla chasing Madird point, but anything is always possible.

Edit: A disastrous 88th minute saw Atletico Madrid lose to Sevilla 2-1. That's bad for them. Everything I said about Atletico Madrid failed miserably.

they should be able to win more than this, but indeed their back line needs a huge evaluation because it is still too fragile and easy to penetrate.
besides that their concentration is actually really bad and their communication needs to be improved so that something like this doesn't happen again in the future

The Barcelona players needed to win. They needed to see the result of their work.It's bad that we conceded two goals and could miss the victory. Xavi must work on the physical side of the team. And we urgently need to strengthen the defense. At the moment this is more important. I am happy for them, although I am a fan of Real Madrid. Strong Barcelona needs Real Madrid, because it makes him even stronger.

First of all, it was a great match between Barcelona and Elche. Both teams wanted a point or points here and showed it to us absolutely. But Barcelona were the happy team at the end of the game by 3-2. And now, Sevilla are playing home vs Atletico Madrid. In this competitive game, Sevilla scored first but Atletico Madrid managed to answer in the same half. It is 1-1 now in the first half and I still don't think Sevilla will lose this game.

Due to Barcelona weakness throughout La Liga, they are difficult to fight against even weak clubs. The belief that was built from Koeman to Xavi became the same point. Congratulations to Barcelona! They got a fully deserved 3-2 win against Elche today. They could have won this by a bigger goal gap actually but Elche weren't willing to lose this game so easily. Their effort also deserved to be appreciated. From now on, Barcelona should be able to keep winning. This is the biggest way to go back to their look in the old times. Maybe their chance for the La Liga title is too low but they can still finish the season at a decent position in the league standings.

The victory is a solace and makes them at least still comfortable in 7th position at this time. although in fact this is still very lacking for them because they should be able to do more than this and conceding 2 goals with a fairly fast time span is still proof that they are still very easy to break through and their back line is still fragile and easy to destroy.

Barcelona won against Elche, but in my opinion the result 3 - 2 was not worthy of Barcelona's victory, they should have won by a lot of scores.

With the defeat in this match, Elche is getting closer to the relegation zone, Alaves and Cadiz will fight for Elche's position which is outside the relegation zone.

The Barcelona game was indeed an interesting one. Elche gave Barca tough time, they bounced back in the second half and scored 2 goals, which equalized the match with 2-2 score. But, fortunately for Barcelona, González came through with an awesome goal towards the end of the game, and Barca got full 3 points. However, Barca dominated the game to the end. They are now at the 7th position on the standings. And if they continue winning their matches, i believe they can probably make it to the top 4.

Barcelona played a home game against Elche and finally got the win they were aiming for. But it was really difficult for them seemingly. Actually, they made a great start to the game by capturing the 2-0 advantage in the first half already. And after that, they should have secured their win by scoring another one. But they experienced a big shock that they conceded two goals in the 62nd and 63rd minutes. After the 2-2 tie, I was afraid about that they would have lost points again.
