Quite a classic, now the Betis has to measure with Levante and Sevilla with Real Valladolid. It seems to me that both these teams should have an easy time beating the rivals, however the odds will reflect that. Anything better than 2 to 5 in favour of the rival calls for a bet on either of these.

I am very disappointed in Atletico Madrid because they are blowing their lead away at the top of the standings by having performances as such; If performances do not improve, neighbors Real Madrid or Barcelona could end up winning the La Liga title from behind. What has to change ? The tactics? or few players?

The difficulty is that Atletico still have to play 4 of the other 5 teams in the top 6 (all of them expect Real). It's a more difficult run-in than their challengers face. I do still think Atletico will win La Liga, but it will likely be a very close run thing.

I think it happened a few matchdays ago in EPL too, some time after the international period IIRC. You will always get it every season even in La Liga (which anyway doesn't have the record of having the league with most goals). Tiredness, and teams playing for draws or being careful not to injure players when they have Champions League distractions, for example.

Atletico Madrid is lagging behind. In the last 5 matches they have won 2 and managed to get 8 points. On the other hand, Barcelona has scored 13 points in their last five matches. Barcelona will quickly take the top spot if Atletico Madrid is not alerted now. Today's match is very important for Barcelona, although SD Huesca is not a good team. However, this match has to be played very carefully and earn 3 points from this match.

The truth is that their recent form hasn't been good. I am thinking that player fatigue is probably starting to affect their performance. Yeah, this is what I call derby! Maybe it wasn't most beautiful game to watch, but it was very interesting. Betis really pushed hard today, especially on last 15-20 minutes, but didn't managed to score. I think draw would reflect this game best.
Win tonight would had moved Betis closer to Champions league zone, but after today's game I think that Sevilla have almost guaranteed spot in it. Though, Europa league fits for this team better lol Cheesy

Yes, the competition for the La Liga title seems more interesting with the current draw result got by Atletico Madrid. Eibar wasted the chance to get at least 1 point that it can be really helpful to avoide the relegation...villareal was able to score the 3rd goal even with 10 players when i was expecting eibar to score the equalizer...i think that was a golden chance for eibar but the wasted it and i believe things will be really complicated for them

Granada is in eighth place on the table. Now if they can get back to form and not lose too many points in the upcoming matches, I think at the end of the season we will see Granada in the top 6 of the table. I don’t think they will be able to achieve more than that this season.

You are right, I hope that Madrid will continue to be consistent in every match. Even though they have a busy schedule, where both of them will team up at UCL this week. Yesterday Madrid was lucky because Atletico drew against Getafe. This brought their point difference even closer. But it looks like Barca will take second place in place of Real Madrid, they have one game less. Barca will play against Huesca I think a lot of predictions for Barca will win.
