The title race is wide open like never before just 3 and 5 points separating the leader ATM from Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Sevilla hosts Barcelona tomorrow in a bid to go 3th while Barcelona is on a quest of securing 3 points to go 2nd.

I think the points difference only tells part of the story. Recent form is the key factor. A few weeks ago I was saying that no-one could catch Atletico. That has really changed now. Atletico were winning everything and other teams were dropping points all over the place... but now Atletico look like they're stumbling whilst the other top teams have become remorselessly consistent. The way it's going, you can see that by say 27 or 28 games played, Atletico might no longer be top.

Eibar and Huesca is a battle of the bottlejobs with both teams in a relegation struggle and just 5 points from safety. Both teams need the win and it will be fascinating to see who gets the win. I see a both team scoring situation here; whoever wins it will 2 oals to 1

Sevilla has struggled all season; while Barcelona has never been good for consecutive matches this season; its a tie of revenge after Sevilla outclassed barcelona in the cup tie; another easy Sevilla victory for me.

Barcelona is in free falling right now and I don't think there is anyone right now who can change that. They need a new board , new coach and lots of transfers and in my opinion , Messi needs to leave the team as every player that enters the pitch has an extra pressure on him just by playing with Messi. Maybe after the new board is elected, new things and good things will happen with the club because the situation is kinda red flagging lately.

It is unlikely that there will be drastic changes. The presidential candidates all want to keep Messi in the team. The team has no money and a lot of debts. Perhaps negotiations with creditors will help, but I think it’s not worth waiting for new and expensive players. And to keep Messi he will have to offer more higher wages than now.

Sevilla hosts Barcelona tomorrow in a bid to go 4th while Barcelona is on a quest of securing 3 points to go 2nd.
I guess it should be a tough match for Barcelona. Sevilla will have a chance to pass Barcelona for 3rd position if they can beat Barcelona at home. Not only because Sevilla will play at home, but look at the last 5 matches done by Sevilla, they got 3 points for all matches. This means Sevilla has everything to beat Barcelona this time. Sevilla players have good motivation to win and they are in good performance now. Let's see what Barcelona players can do at this match.

None of this means he is a bad player, but when you are a player who doesn't care what you hit, ball or player, you do end up with a bit of an advantage over other defenders who are more careful. So he may not find any decent offers, I am not saying zero offers but he will probably never play on a team at Real Madrid level, he could find some Sevilla level if he wants to, not just in La Liga but just Sevilla level all around the world, that is all he can get. Best option probably would be Leipzig which is a great team if you ask me because they are selling their best defenders to Bayern this year.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sergio Ramos ends up at PSG. Ramos is both a great player and a dirty player, but if it provides a result and the referees look at it calmly... Football is a battle, not a ballet called Swan Lake or the Nutcracker. Remember how many times he saved Real Madrid with his trips to the opponent's penalty area in the last minutes or with his dirty but selfless actions.

Sergio Ramos is one of the best defender in the world. He is about 35 years old. But he is still a world-class defender. Many teams would be interested in taking him if Real Madrid releases him. A defender like him multiplies the strength of the team. Real Madrid now has no skilled striker except Benzema. Now if they release Ramos then their defense will be weakened.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves, sure Ramos is a great player but we are talking about over a decade of being hated by people as well, not that he is not a good defender but he is too "aggressive" and that is why he gets carded all the time as well, and if you look at how many players he injured as well you will see the reason why he is hated as well.

I don't think so, Barcelona still has a chance even though they lost the match against sevilla. Because, there are still many matches that Barcelona can take advantage of to continue to maintain these opportunities. The difference of 8 points of course is not easy to achieve, but at least, the schedule is still quite long, Barcelona "maybe" can still maintain these opportunities.
Currently, it is only 5 points away from Atletico but Atletico still have one match that hasn't been completed, say he won to 8 points then this is also for Barcelona, of course it needs a great struggle apart from Madrid which is now difficult to overtake I think candidate 1- 4 will get tighter for the points chase with a few matches remaining.
Lionel Messi can still be counted on when there are many rumors that the dean transfer season will be abandoned.

Valencia are going to play an away game against Getafe tomorrow night. Valencia are the 12th with 27 points and Getafe are the 15th with 24 points. Valencia got 2 wins (2W 1D 2L) and Getafe didn't get a win (1D 4L) in the last 5 games in the league. Valencia have won only twice in their away games (2W 4D 6L). In the last 5 head-to-head games, both teams won once and 3 games ended in a draw. In this season, Valencia drew with Getafe 2-2 home on Nov 1, 2020.

There is no missing player at Getafe.
Missing player(s) at Valencia: Denis Cheryshev

It is one of the tough games this week. Getafe are in a worse condition than Valencia right now. They lost their last 4 league matches. I think Valencia won't lose this match. I think X2 double chance is a good choice for this match.

So, Madrid can only have a full squad in April, if the predictions for the return of these players are appropriate. I think this is an advantage in itself for Atletico Madrid. Although in terms of squads at this time it is enough to provide a threat to Atletico. However, if in the next few games there are other Real Madrid players who are injured, then Madrid will experience an even more shortage of players, and Zizou must have the option to face this condition to keep his chances of taking over the championship from Atletico in the end of season.

This could change everything. Real Madrid are struggling with many injuries and I'm pretty sure it will affect them in a bad way in the La Liga. After they've got hit by this bad news, I think Barcelona and Atletico both have a nice chance. Barcelona can leave Real behind in the table and Atletico can also pull away from Real more easily. Sevilla also are very good and they can also get past Real in the table too.
I think Barcelona and athletico Madrid can leave Real Madrid chasing them but I don't think Sevilla is good enough to come ahead of Real Madrid, regardless of the injuries problem zidane's men are faced with this season, I think Barcelona would win this season LaLiga even if it hasn't been a typical catalant I watched many years back, but if they go out of all competition then LaLiga would be a priority.

Barcelona have already withdrawn from all competitions. In the Champions League they have no chance after losing the first leg. Atletico also has a rather difficult situation in the Champions League. This week can be defining for Barcelona. If they lose to Sevilla it will be quite difficult for them to catch up with Atletico. and Real Madrid in the race for the championship.

Madrid staff doesn't seem to be in urge to renew his contract and Zidane is the only? one pushing in his favor to stay. In few months he will be free from any contract and may move to another team (PSG...)

I have faith in Zidane. He is experienced enough. He knows how to deal with difficult situations and be successful. Many players are injured. However, Zidane has their replacement. Maybe they have not experienced enough players but everyone is talented. I don't think they will perform badly if given a chance. They will try their best to prove their worth

It is very likely that Sergio Ramos will also return in the near future (probably in March). Although his future at Real Madrid is still uncertain, but it cannot be denied that he is still one of the strengths of the Real Madrid squad. If he acts professionally, then his presence will improve Real Madrid's performance.

I would actually put it down to March, next month, when they will have something that looks like a full squad. Usually players like Ramos return much earlier than expected, that's all about their drive and motivation. We had Messi and Suarez also always coming back for us at Barca before predicted.

But yeah, from now to then, others can also get injured. Bad luck and covid I guess.

Above is a list of injured players from Madrid. Seeing some of their mainstay players have been injured for a long time
Yeah, it is very unfortunate that we have many players injured in the Real Madrid squad, mate. I know it is bad news for Real Madrid fans, but I trust with Zidane's experience, he should know how to finds the solution to this big problem. They still have some substitution players or even can bring new ones from Junior teams if it is possible. Benzema may return fast but others who have serious injury problems will take a long time for recovery. This should be fixed soon as every remaining match now is crucial.

Barcelona are going to play an away game against Sevilla this weekend and I can't wait to see it.  Grin  Barcelona are the 3rd with 50 points and Sevilla are the 4th with 48 points. Barcelona (4W 1D) and Sevilla (5W) both didn't get any loss in the last 5 games in the league. Sevilla have lost only twice in their home games (8W 1D 2L). Barcelona have lost 3 times in their away games (7W 1D 3L). In the last 5 head-to-head games, Barcelona won twice, Sevilla won once and 2 games ended in a draw. Barcelona drew with Sevilla 1-1 home on Oct 4, 2020.

Missing player(s) at Sevilla: Lucas Ariel Ocampos (4 goals), Marcos Acuña
Missing player(s) at Barcelona: Ronald Araujo (1 goal), Sergi Roberto (1 goal), Philippe Coutinho (2 goals), Ansu Fati (4 goals)

This one of hardest games to predict the result. Both teams have been great in the league lately. Sevilla beat Barcelona in a Copa Del Rey game, 2-0. I wonder whether they can do it again. There will be a competitive game surely. I expect a draw.
They must do somthing good in this match because this will give em a good spirited boost before the seconde leg...i believe barcelona can easly recover the 2 goals and pass to the final
