Let's believe they bag today's 3points though, as I hope they should.
Of course, even though the match is not over, the provisional scores prove that Barcelona is still not over. Ansu Fati has scored 2 goals and Messi 1. I think we still have a lot of goals to come in this game. 40 minutes for Barcelona's 3 winning goal.

Forget Suarez and let's see what Ansu Fati can do this season for Barcelona. The boy was liked by many people.

Barcelona without Suarez I dont think there is a problem because we still have other player who can replace his role in the team. Ansu Fati might be the next mainstay even though he is still very young. I hope that Messi can help bring out the talent that is in Fati like he did to Neymar some time ago. Also Coutinho has had to help a lot this season after some time in Munich and hopes this time he feels better.

We really lost Suarez but we're still Barcelona and that's not going to change anything. Hopefully today's first match Barcelona can win and prove that they are candidates for this season with Ronald Koeman.
Sure about Messi to have brought out the talent in Neymar!!! Because, I'm so sure he already had all that before transferring to FCB. He's courage and confidence over the games were already set.
What I think he got was some over estimation of himself, hype on transfer price and a little arrogance that is proving to be his downfall at PSG today cause, I know he can do much more better.

Suarez living FCB is another blow on Messi. I recall the famous NMS (Neymar/Messi/Suarez) making headlines few seasons back and a wonderful comeback against PSG in the UEFA Champions League. Now, the team has just been disintegrated. Such is the nature of football and transfers though. Let's believe they bag today's 3points though, as I hope they should.

Real seems to have decided not to buy or bring in new players this season.
Unlike Barcelona or Atletico, which are very active in the market, Real has no plans to bring in new players.
It seems that big player transfers are not planned until next season, like Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland or Eduardo Camavinga.
Time will tell if this has been a good strategy from Real's management for this season.

Real Madrid has a difficult financial situation, plus a lot of finances are spent on the reconstruction of the stadium. Plus, the management has asked the players for a salary cut. So it is unlikely that this year will buy players. In the Champions League, Real Madrid most likely will not be able to perform with dignity and will direct all forces to the domestic championship.

Hard fought win for Real Madrid 😤😤
The Match was hard for  Los Blancos from the word go. We won it through a late Sergio Ramos penalty, but I am not still convinced we deserved the win. I do hope Zidane just finished up his experiments on different formations as soon as possible, and we get back to the old Real Madrid on form.

I am also interested in seeing how the closest rivals Barcelona and Atlético Madrid will line up tomorrow. Not a huge fan of Suarez but I do hope he becomes the top scorer, just to rub in more salt into Barcelona's fresh wound  Cheesy

Yes, who was it who said yesterday it's going to be yet another Ramos penalty for 3 points? Getting a bit tired of the same outcome but then that's how they play. Keep making it difficult for opponents in the box, win the penalty, step up Ramos.

They'll be so happy they didn't end up drawing twice in a row. Good luck to Barca tonight! So looking forward:)

Actually, you didn't catch what I mean.
And you also don't understand what I mean exactly.

I am just telling about Real Madrid's forward lineup or scorer.
Me too. But it seems you only talk on your side. Not respond what I stated above.

If you know about football then you must know the role of a skilled striker for a team.
You don't need to tell me about it!
I know football since I was a kid and I am a football lover as well.
Played football and wacthed various football matches, also follow any issues related football.

A team can never win a cup unless a team has a good forward or finisher.
I know it, I just delive my opinion how if Real Madrid plans to have another striker as good as Benzema or even better than him. See my reply before.

Benzama is the 2nd highest scorer in last season. It shouldn't be a blind fan of a team. just watch the game and consider.
I don't blind it, lol.
Indeed he can be 2nd highest scorer because there is no Ronaldo (CR7) anymore there. If there is Ronaldo or another striker can play regularly, I doubt Benzema can do it. Of course he can have a big chance to be top scorer because he almost plays in every single match.

Anyway, I never stated that Benzema is a bad striker, he is a good striker. I am a Madrid fan, I know how he played since he came to Bernabeu at the first time.

They could possibly go for Haaland in the future. Let's be honest Real Madrid just makes more money than almost any team in the world, there are few that makes more money, even if Madrid didn't win champions league that many times recently, they would still be a team that made a ton of money, which means we are talking about a team that can spend 100 million or even more for a player they really need.

Haaland is just that type of player, he would be perfect fit for real as well, usually they like players who are a bit more physical and not players with flair, so I assume that is who they are waiting for. I can't guarantee it obviously because who knows what they will do or who they will get, we are not involved with the team but that was the media talk last year before the pandemic and I believe that is not 100% gone, it was just postponed.

It will be either Haaland or Mbappe. Personally I'd prefer Mbappe because Haaland first has to show some consistency at Dortmund to really be a good candidate for Real. Fact is, both won't be cheap. Haaland might have a buy-out clause in his contract, we don't know.

Mbappes contract runs out in 2022 and if he doesn't extend it, Paris has to sell him next year to at least don't have to let him go completely for free. So my guess is that Real will make a move for Mbappe next summer. They didn't spend anything on the transfer market this summer. So for next year they should have an even bigger budget for new players.

Real Madrid doesn't have a good striker. Zidane doesn't trust Jovic or Mariano. He doesn't give them a chance. That's his mistake in my opinion. If he gave a chance like Benzema, believe me, Jovic and Mariano would have scored more goals than Benzema. Perhaps that this kind of love for Benzema also repels other strikers from moving to Real Madrid.

No mate, how can you say Realmadrid don't have a good striker, Benzema is one of the best finisher and team player in the league, comparing him to jovic and Mariano is disrespectful ever since jovic signed from Frankurt he has been so poor he had so many chance to prove himself during cup matches yet nothing. Benzema is the backbone of Madrid attack, he contributed much to the team offensively and defensively too i remembered him finishing as the league 2nd highest scorer last season with 25 goals or so. Ramos and Benzema owns Madrid and with the current situation in Barcelona I see them retaining the trophy for another season
I think if Zidane would have expressed the same confidence in Jovic as Benzema, then Jovic would have scored the same number of goals, and maybe more. But as we can see, Zidane trusts no one except Benzema. And not just does not trust. He is not even looking for a striker for transfer.
In Spain, there are teams that can seriously compete with Real Madrid in the fight for the championship. Don't forget about Aletico Madrid and Sevilla.

I can't really understand why people keep questioning Zidane after everything he has done and shown. And yeah, Benzema's one of the best, and he hasn't done anything to show he's shit. As a Barca fan, there are 2 players I hope leave or don't play in Real Madrid. Ramos first. Benzema second. Why is Zidane being questioned after winning?

The chaos in Barcelona doesn’t seem to stop.
Conflicts occur at all levels, between players and coaches, but also between the president of Barcelona and the players and between the board members themselves.
There is a ruthless struggle for power and positions and I am afraid that in this universal war Barcelona awaits another unsuccessful season.
What do you think?

Real Madrid is fully depended on Benzema. They haven't any alternative.
IMO, that happens because Real Madrid has no other strikers that have experience and skills better than Benzema. Also, Real Madrid never tried to look for top strikers as the substitution seriously. I don't know what's wrong with Real Madrid, they seem to keep Benzema whatever his performance all the season. I suspect the Real Madrid signed a lifetime contract for Benzema.  Cheesy

I think won the title only for his performance.
Big NO. Won the title must depend on the performance of all players in the club. Benzema cannot win the title if he plays alone. All players must have their roles both when they lose and win the title. Please don't make a kidding, Benzema isn't a great player as you said. I've already a Madrid fan for years, long before Benzema came to Madrid.

Benzema was in great form last season, and so I think won the title only for his performance. I look forward to seeing what Real Madrid will do if Benzema loses his form in this season.
So long as his paycheck commensurates with his expectancy, I still believe he would pick up the pace and would do well. Besides, he's got other players to help him see the team through in the likes of Luka Modric.
The only limitation would be in terms of injury and match ban but then, a team like Real Madrid should have a lot of other efficient strikers abay if I may borrow those words. Manchester city have got that and it's nice.

Yeah, this is my point. Real Madrid is a very big club. And they have a lot of fan-followers. They needed to keep at least 2 skilled strikers.

Bad start for my favorite club Real Madrid. I saw Real having the ball but they didn't score. As for Benzema, he's too deep to have the ball, I see he's not at his best performance.
Talking about Benzema, he isn't a bad striker, he is good. But yes, he doesn't really a striker with predator instinct. And not really good at the positioning. As a fan, I have expected a long time ago to see another top striker replacing his position in Real Madrid. I think Real Madrid needs a striker like Lewandowski, Kane, Aubameyang, or Agüero who can battle a lot with opposite defenders in the front line.

There is nothing to take away from real Madrid mask man Karim Benzema last season he was a focal point to real Madrid winning the Spanish league, his goals speaks in deafening volume only few strikers lewandowski, immobile vardy where as good or better, so zidane didn't have much of a choice in strikering selection. And no Bale this season for real Madrid, Benzema experience is what they can Bank on.

Furthermore, regarding Covid-19 Martin Odegaard when the first test was tested positive but the second test was negative. I hope Martin Odegaard performs and can play well against Real Betis this week.
