A very key fact here is that xavi did mad a solid foundation already before he left so most other coaches who may come after him wouldn't have a very tedious job to do expect they jeopardize the foundation instead of consolidating upon it, then they will get Barcelona to another messy state to do a scratch start all over but then Flick doesn't seem to be in that path, he's rather consolidating well upon that which he's leveraging some advantage and has propelled Barcelona to an obvious commendable strat for the season. The reason I will strongly say it's all on xavis foundation is because the financial mess isn't totally cleaned up and improvements are visible and ofcourse that was what xavi did almost all through his stay, if flick where to be there initially, probably it wouldn't have been this easy but then what matters the most is in the progress they are making already so far.

I don't know which of these two matches is more profitable to bet on.
