I agree with you but I think it is very difficult for an underdog team like Girona to maintain their form throughout the season. I was totally confused when I saw how Girona completely took control of the game in the second half, especially when they got their three goals within a few minutes. I was so ashamed of Barcelona because I was expecting them to use this opportunity to maintain their position, but they were not able to do that. And if you look at the remaining games left for both Girona and Barcelona, you will see that Girona has a higher chance of winning the games than Barcelona because, based on their performance compared to their opponents, Girona will definitely win, while Barcelona has no possibility of winning all four remaining games, so Barcelona has to work fast or just forget about the 2nd in the table and be able to maintain the 3rd in the table.

Actually the results of this match have no affect to the position for both teams because whether it Barcelona and Girona certainly have already secured Champion League spots and indeed this could be a new history for Girona because for next season they will playing at Champion League which is something they have never done before

Congratulations for Real Madrid because after Barcelona lost from Girona automatically they will became an the champion of this season and currently Real Madrid has 87 points and their points cannot pursued anymore by Barcelona and after this result Real Madrid can focus to other competition just like Champion League and they also have good chances to gets the trophy from that competition or double winner because for second leg match Real Madrid will playing as a host and i am sure Real Madrid can beat Bayern Munich

Girona winning against Barcelona, it was never a surprise to me, because I am aware that Barcelona's performances are not that stable and recently their performances have declined. So, seeing Girona playing at home today, I have really little confidence for them that if they didn't win the game, they will be able to draw, and that is what really happened.

Now that Girona have defeated Barcelona, I think it's very clear now that Real Madrid is the winner of this season's La Liga trophy. I don't think Real Madrid needs to stress so much by focusing on this La Liga competition again, with this points gap, I believe Real Madrid have won it already. They just need to fully focus on the Champions League now

Girona really took control of the game in the second half and their was no hope for them after they added two more goals to maintain a two goal lead in the second half. Girona lost out of the La Liga trophy fight some months ago after they were unable to beat Real Madrid in their second leg match of the season, it was then that their performance began to decline massively and found themselves in that position and points now on the table. If Girona would have consistently kept that momentum they started the season with or the performance they pulled out in today’s match, we will have a very more competitive fight for the league title and not just how Real Madrid won it without much stress as there are no competent teams to stand them in the fight for the trophy.

I wasn't surprised by this match, that's why I rarely watch Barcelona matches. although, in fact I am a Barca fan. This season, Barcelona is no better than the previous season. although, there are several names as newcomers. Based on statistics, the decline in the quality of Barcelona's defensive players is very clear compared to last season. Last season, Barca only conceded 20 goals until the end of the season. Currently, Barcelona's goal has conceded 43 goals in 34 matches. This unexpected and impressive performance from Girona put them to second place, ahead of Barcelona. On the other hand, Real Madrid is looking for a double trophy this year if they can advance to the finals against Bayern Munich in UCL. Meanwhile, Barcelona is desperately in need of fresh talent and a new coach after several missed and disastrous years.
