This was quite a few pages back so I didn't go looking for it.

At this point I think we can hope those BTC were reinvested. If they weren't they might be going towards the lawsuit right now. Also (I'm not a lawyer) I don't think any funds could be refunded/redistributed to while the lawsuit is going on.

I don't recall seeing LabRat say he had received the refund only that it was due soon and then all this crap happened. I assume it is being used for build out costs for the franchise deal with Mega

LabRat or grnbrg can either of you comment on any of this and / or give some sort of update? (grnbrg hasn't been on since Dec 17th, you still around? However Labrat was connected on the 14th of Jan)

It would be nice to hear from Labrat/Labrat's lawyers if payouts are minimum "required" because bonuses can't be paid out during the lawsuit as the are not specifically "owed" to .

Has anyone seen or heard from grnbrg in a long time?

Yeah it seems that is the case currently - def a small win for lab rat getting it moved but it mostly just buys time. Nothing is getting decided in the case until April at the absolute earliest imo
