If it is going to the electric company then LR has the worst electricity rate in the US.

I have 160TH at .09/KW in Texas and I pay $8000 a month for electricity which leaves me over 30BTC a month profit.

Do you know how much lawyers worth a damn cost? 30BTC/mo * $370 = ~$11000/mo......

If people would like to keep up with public documents, that's fine, but I can't say anything at all.

It appears to be zero information until further notice.  That's the problem with discretionary combined with no information. . . it adds up to who the hell knows.

A nice chunk of the profits are paying for his 500K house he bought in Monmouth county, NJ with our coins.

Hodl!
It should be soon enough that our shares will be eaten up by costs.  That should make everyone happy.

Yah damn, I was more confident of a bit of an uptick in price by now, at least high 400s, at least difficulty isn't really going anywhere. Need to stagger through to next bubble at least, then we should be seeing a majority of mine's output distributed, instead of going to the electric company.

Please do not spread FUD and false info.  I'm not taking the proceeds of the mine for personal benefit and there are good things coming for Q1 2015, there are just some legal fees right now that were unplanned for.  I have been advised that my only comment on this matter should be no comment and that LRM has not done anything illegal to warrant the current actions being taken against the company.

More information will become available through public means that anyone may feel free to get and share, but I am not able to comment at this time.  I apologize for this.

Dude a lawsuit forced you to come out of woods & communicate with us  , where were you before , that doesn't fill any one with confidence about the the way you manage stuff & your way of managing your customers is the root cause for all the FUD , if you don't address FUD then it becomes truth.

Request you to communicate with us in genuine fashion & dont have to try hard or prove any thing , just walk the talk , Thank you Smiley.

Hi all,

Interesting.

Seems LabRat doesn't live here anymore.  Sad

Cheers

Dave

He cant comment on that court case. And I think he said nothing will happen before the 1Q. One can only hope that court case goes away somehow before that. Think thats the only way we here from LR this year.

Hi all,

Whilst we await LabRats return I guess we must entertain ourselves. Smiley

I propose a limerick competition.  Grin

Here is my (rather dubious) entry:

There once was a man called LabRat,
Who changed contracts on us just like that,
Then people got rude,
and some of them sued,
and that was the end of that!  Shocked

Any other entries?

Cheers

Dave.

Should've been a lawyer, they seem to be the only ones making money from this investment. Angry

Did your lawyer advise you not to post the weekly earnings?
Otherwise get on the ball.

That payout was without bonus, with bonus it would likely be 3-5 times the payout you received.  If the current circumstances did not exist you would have received a bonus, and as soon as possible you will begin receiving bonuses again.

I apologize for this, but it is the only option at this point.

Actually, I was using these numbers:

Distributions out:

Mined: BTC1.59967071
Per Contract: BTC0.00000897

Bonus: BTC6.2831853
Bonus Per contract: BTC0.00003522

Not accusing you of anything, just mulling over my poor decisions.

I really trust that Zack didn't want to screw us .... i bought from BFL and cointerra personnaly and know that's hard to have ROI and that's without customers sueing me lol. seams like ppl didn't understand the new contracts well ( man this was just rephrasing to comply with the law at the best price). but ... will hold my shares and hope that it will turn well.
Not making ROI is one thing, but losing almost all of your original investment (98% in my case, not the wisest investment!) is quite another. Smiley

Using AMHash1 divs to price/compare LRM (someone correct me if I am wrong):

AMHash1 divs are ~ 0.00006258BTC/unit/week

LRM divs (for the week ending 11 Oct, including the "bonus") were 0.00004419BTC/unit/week

So LRM per unit divs were ~70.61% of AMHash1.  1 unit of AMHash1 is 0.00125BTC, so 1 LRM unit should be ~0.00088267BTC.

And that's assuming the "bonus" is paid each week.

Hmmm...
