I really trust that Zack didn't want to screw us .... i bought from BFL and cointerra personnaly and know that's hard to have ROI and that's without customers sueing me lol. seams like ppl didn't understand the new contracts well ( man this was just rephrasing to comply with the law at the best price). but ... will hold my shares and hope that it will turn well.

Please do not spread FUD and false info. I'm not taking the proceeds of the mine for personal benefit and there are good things coming for Q1 2015, there are just some legal fees right now that were unplanned for. I have been advised that my only comment on this matter should be no comment and that LRM has not done anything illegal to warrant the current actions being taken against the company.

Please do not spread FUD and false info. Dude a lawsuit forced you to come out of woods & communicate with us , where were you before , that doesn't fill any one with confidence about the the way you manage stuff & your way of managing your customers is the root cause for all the FUD , if you don't address FUD then it becomes truth.
Request you to communicate with us in genuine fashion & dont have to try hard or prove any thing , just walk the talk , Thank you

Well last time there was supposed to be incoming good news. It was that we are broke but can buy more cheep contracts. And shortly after that btw we are being sued.
So good news can mean pretty much anything these days
ps. Think LR said there would be no bonus this month....

Agreed! BTW Took a quick look at the website there was no mentioning that bonus could be cancelled, That could mean more trouble...
Maybe I am blind or it is well hidden there I hope. Don't want more legal bs.

I Don't think so mainly because he does not strike me as the guy who wants to live the rest of his life underground.
But feck if I know for sure! Only thing I know for sure is that you cannot trust anybody in the world of Cryptocurrency. The list of scams and feck ups get longer by the day

Classic. BFL must stand for Blame Foolish Losers. In other words blame the people they made losers by over promising and under delivering.
Edit: I read the article and I'm not seeing how they're blaming the customers in this instance. I'm keeping my comments above because BFL has a history of casting blame to anybody but themselves.
What I was referring to was this: BFL argues that "...no reasonable bitcoin-mining consumer could have concluded that anticipated shipping date and product development representations made by the company were either material or misleading.
BFL argued that reasonable investors should have anticipated possible delays or unforeseen product developments, citing several precedents involving tech companies. The company maintained that it merely disclosed the status of products under development and that its "shipping date and product development representations were immaterial and not misleading as a matter of law""
So.. sounds to me that they are arguing that all those promises and delivery date changes should not have been trusted, and if we did, we were not "being reasonable".
