Not to sound like a jerk, but who was holding this far anyway? When I told people to sell I was put on ignore lists and labelled a "FUDster".

The stock ended up 20 times lower than when I was "spreading fud" telling people to get out.

I don't even understand why there was heavy buying action just hours before the close.

Btc.co is down.

ps-How do we get our BTC out if it only permits 2.5btc withdrawl per day?

Manual withdraw, Burnside will take care of it but I imagine with so many people doing it, that there is some backup going on.
Sorry for my ignorance.. I just logged on this morning (since Friday) and see that btct is down.. How do I do a manual withdraw if the site is down?  I don't have much there - but would just like to know what's going on.

The automatic withdrawal has a daily limit, but you can withdraw more. It just has to be done manually.

Seems like their goal is to just buy up all the cheap cheap shares.  In the end they will do a buyback and repay the remaining few people that held on.  Labcoin will make out like bandits while seeming like good guys for returning the IPO funds.

This theory has been around the block a few times... it's starting to get old

I'll just put this here:

tl;dr - 251.9519 BTC payout from Just-Dice hot wallet to the above mentioned Labcoin wallet used for the IPO.

djeez, that is fucked up.

In case anyone missed this on IRC yesterday. This is the final message from Howard to auto2nr1, where he clarifies and confirms the details from his previous e-mail:

Credit to auto2nr1, who went out and got valid information.  That was useful, as opposed to those who merely bleated "scam! scam!" based on their feelings. They contributed nothing.

It was not a feeling. seeing those selloff waves and buybacks after missed deadlines was just obvious to some people while sheeple like you were obviously blind or greed enough to ride the scam. dont make urself a fool now.

They have not found any foundry on 20Aug. When did they claim they have got the chips? When did they claim they were hashing? Apparently someone is lying. Still not convinced they are criminals? Call the police now!

I'm still ignored by that fanboys it seems. Sad but true. People still on the ship are either addicted to gambling or lazy as fuck or its their pocketmoney in there that they need to turn into profit someday...

hi

so is this confirmed that all this is a scam?

Yes. Some people are still in denial sadly enough.

I was convinced it was a scam but that they had some chips nonetheless (albeit 180nm and possibly non fuctional). As it turns out, they dont have any chips at all, neither the 180 nor the 130nm design taped out.
Really? I just thought they did an order for the unfinished work, and with mistakes on the packaging.
What makes you think they didn't even bother?

Thats what howard wang said. The 180nm straight fpga port was too bad to even bother with, the 130nm design was never finished. No tape out, no chips.

Seriously, I think some of us should call the police now. There're enough evidences to prove they've taken $700K from thousands of investors by lying. We shouldn't let anyone to scam without any punishment. In this case, I believe we have at least two real names, Fabriazio and Allessia Tatti, so it shouldn't be difficult for the police to find them.

As for TheSwede, TheSeven, and Howard, we can let the police and court to decide whether they are guilty or not. Personally,  I don't think they are completely innocent if they knew their names were listed in the contract and they realized 'labcoin' was lying all the way.
