I what world would you expect a company with a few hundred dollar in total revenue to date and looking at at the very least at $100K's in expenses, to pay its shareholders a dividend?

Because thats what the contract says....

I know. But its telling isnt it?

Please disregard that last message. The committee organizers wish to meet to organize the committee before involving the team  so that they can get the committee set up first.

Ask Sam how that skype call is going with Ukyo

Also ask him why hasn't he done some of the simplest things we have asked from the q&a

Clearly he hasnt done any of those things because hes a scumbag who does nothing he says. He's kinda like a typical Italian, lazy, grimey, and shady.

Its funny I almost didnt invest in this when I saw an italian name on there, scam was the first gut feeling. Should of just stayed away.

Did the dividend get payed yet? Wait dont answer, propbably not.

You boys really need to calm down. Its been evidenced in a number of ways that this isn't a scam and that these people are basically having issues with the chips that weren't previously anticipated. So are a lot of asic mining companies. Harassing them online and acting like a virtual pitchfork mob isn't going to drive your stock price up. Why not consider actually offering some help or knowledge and see if they respond better than threats to have them arrested and stuck up the ass with a pike.

I agree, all of the Accusations ect. are helping no one, in fact this may cause a closure of Labcoin. If you think its a scam don't buy, its that simple.
You only have yourself to blame if you have lost money on this
Just a gentle reminder, it will be closed in 5 days. After then, no one could buy or sell their shares any more. Those still want to do flipping please be careful to not be the last one holding the shares.

yeah a few more days the exchange closes, the sell off is going to be huge lol

You forget that millions of shares were traded at these levels, peoplr who bought at .003 wont sell, but peoplr who bought at .0003 and .0002 will sell, and the cycle continues, with new buyers and sellers.

i don't think there's much to the bottom. doubt that people will be selling for 0 what's the point

Have we heard what will happen in 5 days when btct closes down???

I assume that the closing down of btct give a good opportunity for labcoin to disappear without any trace. Time works for them...

This is what's going to happen Cheesy

ok so there is little censored "NO-FUD discussion thread".what does that even entail in context of a security, which itself is the one perpetuating exactly that..I don't wanna give you stupid reply cause you have not given me one but its sad to see, it's like group of victims band together to write letters to their attacker, soon maybe will have 12 step program labcoin bagholders anonymous

That's just the thread we were posting in earlier, I wanted to post in here as well so it didn't seem like we were trying to be a secret group. To be known.

Consider using different nomenclature.  How about "Grief Support Group" (GSG) instead of "Committee"?

We're working on that actually, shareholder reps or something... Either way our goal is just to make sure Sam stays on track and speeds up the pace and give him help where ever needed.

Sam needs someone who can make fake passports

Does User Formerly Known as Sam actually exist?

Edit:  I'm sure "Identity Verification" for this "security" was done over the interwebz, so anyone capable of opening MS Paint could have provided a passable passport.

The only help you could realistically give is a false sense of legitimacy.
Or yeah, photoshopping services

I think its a fantastic idea, this committee thing.

Really, lets get some kids who havent got the faintest idea about  semiconductor product development challenges, not a clue about the status of the project, the financials,  who dont even know the players behind labcoin are, where they are  or what they do, and for the most part only care about the next dividend, lets put some of those folks on a committee and all will be well. After all, another degree of separation, beyond just the investors  > anonymous swede > mysterous sam > fabrizio > scammer  can only be good, no? It will do wonders deflecting from the real questions!

"We form a group of 5 or so volunteers/nominees (no more than 10 in any case) who agree to meet regularly with each other, and also with Sam to discuss problems facing the project. There should be at least one EE on board, or at minimum someone with real experience with actual ASIC development. There should be a few people who understand business management, and at least one person with project management experience. This group should include at least one person who considers this a scam, and at least one person who considers this a sure thing. We need to have a balance of opinion here so that all sides are considered. Can't lose sight of the crazies, because sometimes they actually have a good point to make.

The group should meet at least weekly on their own, without Sam, to discuss what should happen during the following meeting with Sam. When the group meets with Sam, the meeting should cover past project goals, issues that have come up since the last meeting, and the plan for the next week, 30 days, 90 days, and 180 days. Assuming Sam wants the project to succeed, this should not only keep him accountable, but also give him a way to offload/outsource (sorry, couldn't help myself there) assistance from the shareholders."

For all interested in taking part of this, "committee," please come to the #Labcoin channel today around 2000 UTC / 4pm EST. We are looking for people who can actually contribute, not just big share holders. Similar to Radiumsoup's post.

what you want is a "friends of labcoin" yes man, grabbing together small pocket of cheerleader, experienced snake oil salesmen unit who can deftly deflect all evidence of lie, and weave together credible sounding morsels in hope to continue this fraud and propup price

Actually we're looking for people that think Labcoin is a scam and have professional constructive criticism to contribute as well, we need doubt in the group to keep things balanced. Please refer to https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.3283695

1. Scam interweb playvestors of their coin.
2. Return to the thread under a new moniker.
3  Organize a committee to "make sense" of the failvestment.
4  ? ? ?
5. Milk the situation for maximum lulz
