That is actually a big step to take. Lots of goods and fields to explore are in cryptoworld but i would have have suggested that you should have gathered some experience about how crypto world works. Yes lots of rich folks have emerged here and there are lots of people have also been reckt. Play it simple and don't ever be greedy and you won't regret it. Avoid pump and dump groups and DYOR well before giving out your money.

I combine my full-time job and trading crypto. Quality of my job didn't become lower, just organised my time better.

I just quit my office job to have full time in crypto world. I split my time of day to work manything: doing bounty campains, researching good crypto to invest, trading 3 - 4 times per week (not day trading) and may be next time i'll  learn about mining.
Anyone who has been off work like me can share your experiences?
There are many people who are unemployed because finding a job is really difficult. Do not leave your full time job for trading cryptocurrency because you will lose your passive income. I prefer to you to just do both your job and cryptocurrency trading.

I have been trading full-time for almost 4 years. I started out with 30k and have slowly built my capital, for several years I have been making an annual income that would put me in the top 1% of wage earners.
When I started I was 23 with a back up plan, if trading didn't work after 1-2 years I could easily get a job. Also low expenses, and no wife/kids to support.
A lot of people have a family to support, also the economy being what it is there is no guarantee of getting a job. Trading can be very stressful at times, I've had periods where I didn't make a cent for 3-4 months. If I had a family, just imagine how hard that would be.
You are actually right that is why it is so important before entering a full time trading to have your own source of income just like campaigns or any other real time business where in you can have something else to support you, because if you will just rely in trading then nothing will gonna happen in our life as we don't know the future of the coins.

It is not wise to leave your full time job just for trading crypto. As of now it is not stable and unpredictable. Maybe investing needs time but you should not sacrifice your job for it. Its better to keep your job, earn some money, fill in your financial needs and invest your extra money on it.
It is just a matter of taking risk and how well you are going to do bitcoin and other cryptocurrency, I do have a lot of friends doing full time here and never regret of leaving their job, that makes me confused as well if I am gonna continue my study or just focus here, well it is my accomplishment if I can do both.
Risk is good, but it is always better when calculated. I am sure since the OP has been in the employment world, he should have been able to consider that fact before making his decision. I am also sure he must have been able to learn trading pretty well to have been able to go ahead with that decision. Trading is a job on its own which can be highly profitable if you have the cash and you give it most of your time and do it very well.

From my personal experience, if you have the money to start trading and you have the knowledge to go ahead with some little experience you must have gained, then why not ?

Trading can give you a whole lot than what any job can ever give you if you are good at it and you doing your best. Put those time in it that you would give to normal job and you always be swimming in cash. You will even have the chance to dictate your own time.

Crypto is most likely the future of world economy. Blockchain has real life use-cases which go beyond fin-tech. The traditional world is just waking up to this reality. I left my job last November to focus on my side-businesses and now getting into segments within ICOs.
It is a brand new industry with lots of opportunities for early adapters. Bravo and well done.... welcome to the free world Smiley

I think you make good decision because salary of office job is can not make us to get financial freedom. I worked in office since 10 years but i can not make money like many investor of cryptocurrency. They was become rich just by make investment in BTC and ETH in 1 years.

I would insist to just think again before taking the decision because it all depends upon your skills and the amount of investment you have. If your math tells you that you can earn a good amount, then start it from side investments and trade it accordingly and then you can make the decision whether to quit the job or not. Because it is better to know the trade in details for what you are taking such a big step.
Although most of the people are not sure until now what to do with bitcoin, whether to adopt or to drop it. They have questions in mind regarding the bitcoin, is it legal or not. All these doubts will get cleared once we have a clear policy regarding bitcoin. However I don’t think there should be any kind of ambiguity whether to deal with bitcoin or that it has a future or not. Of course it does have a future, people can adopt it as a full time job just like any other business. Rather this will be much more beneficial for them, in my point of view.

Maybe, somehow it can be effective. You wouldn't know if you will not try. Since some people already decided to do so, and they seem not to regret it, maybe it can be a good decision so you will be able to focus on trading.

Focusing on trading is always good but it is not better to quit the JOB. There is huge risk involved in trading so we have to find the loopholes in order to make more money. You have to manage both of them in order to be financially free.

Sometimes it's better to just hold a bunch of good coins for months than daytrade (because you can miss huge pump).

So how it is connected to what is being discussed here "leave real job for crypto trading"?

It is not wise to leave your full time job just for trading crypto. As of now it is not stable and unpredictable. Maybe investing needs time but you should not sacrifice your job for it. Its better to keep your job, earn some money, fill in your financial needs and invest your extra money on it.
If you have the funds and the knowledge, I would not classify it as a bad decision. However, the OP could have made a smarter decision which I want to believe he did, by testing his trading skills and how fair it is for him before quitting his job. However, it is a good decision if you have the bucks to trade with as there are lots of opportunities if you know what you are doing.

Even if someone has very great knowledge about crypto trading, it is still not a good decision to leave full time job for crypto. We do not know how long crypto trading exist in this world. No guarantees. Once it is over (but I hope it wont), those who leave their job will regret so much about their decision.

Yes, I agree that trading can still be multitasked with a full-time job. That way, you will still have a job to fall-back to in case things go south with the crypto market.

Did you quit your job? I think quiting your job for doing bounty campains, researching good ICO to invest, trading aren't worth your time. in my opinion, you should keep both you job and your crypto world, there's no reason that makes you cannot do both those things in the same time. In addition, having a real job will guarentee you when your trading is not good or anything else that is bad. It make your future easier.

Actually, I find that this is a very new market, a very wide market requires you to always observe, always follow up, update the most accurate and accurate information to have specific investment plans. for myself. For me, I spent all my time to work, analyze technical charts, monitor market information. Actually when I stepped in and started this market I ran out of time for myself.

I think its not right to leave your full job in exchange of trading. You can do both at the same time, you have your break at the office or if you are doing field works you can also do some trading. It is good to have both, you earn a fix income in your job at the same time you are earning with trading crypto.
