I dont  have any idea about the other country. Some legalized and some banned the bitcoin.
According to me bitcoin is not illegal not more than one or two countries the remaining countries have no such laws against bitcoin but yes its true that no one country have accepted bitcoin in their rules and laws but the probability of acceptation is more in future.

when will legalization bitcoin? why this does not happen? are there any countries that have legalized bitcoin?
or already somehow now it is possible to legalize the income received from Bitcoin?
There are already a few countries that accepted, legalized, and regulated the usage of bitcoin. These countries include Philippines and Japan, of course. I think, there's no problem with legalizing bitcoin especially when the government and national bank of a certain country has good talk with the businessmen running bitcoin businesses in that country.

The problem with other countries (like China) banning bitcoin is that they do not want that bitcoin will be used by people without paying taxes. And I think these countries doesn't have enough time to talk over it that's why they don't prioritize the legalization of bitcoin in their country.

The country like China is opposing bitcoin due to its anonymity no one can trace the bitcoin transaction,So bitcoin maybe used for illegal activities so they don't want their country with illegal activities. But actually bitcoin has advantages also it will help their country people  to be rich if they invest on bitcoin.Maybe in future they will regulate the rules for using the bitcoin and will shift the ban.

Bitcoin is completely legal in the US. As long as you report any major profits and pay tax on them you are perfectly fine using it. legalization is not an issue. Permits for exchanges and dealing with people trying to put restrictions on it then catering to banks is a different issue entirely.

Btc is not illegal in the first place i think, its just not yet recognized by the government and other people that's why it's not popuplar. Maybe some country are scared of btc cause they see it's potential that's why they banned it, btc is decentralized and they are afraid cause they can't control it.

Actually i dont really think about bitcoin legalization. For me it does not mean anything. I only want my country allow me to use bitcoin as payment transaction or just as trading tool even without legalization.

I know bitcoin is legal in the Philippines but of course it is not yet considered as legal tender like regular money. I'm sure time will come that it will be an option as legal tender once the government would have a control on it.

It'll take more time to legalize Bitcoin in more country in the world cause it's not easy when any country want to legalize Bitcoin that mean they have to have enough ability to control both advantages and disadvantages of Bitcoin. Beside Bitcoin transaction is almost anonymous so it's really hard to control the Bitcoin income so there are a lot of people trying to evade taxes and some other guys take advantage of Bitcoin to commit crime so it's the main reason why there are only few countries all over the world that legalized Bitcoin.

My country will legalize Bitcoin in early 2018. I also hope this will happen as the demand for Bitcoin in my country is growing rapidly and banks do not have much time to provide Bitcoin services.

Due to the fact that the interest to the crypto currency has increased and it has started to strongly influence the economy of all countries, the states are studying the nature of the crypto currency and the possibility of its legislative use within the country. For those countries that have not yet decided on this issue, it is possible to use crypto currency, since there is no special prohibition on its use. However, in this case it is problematic to protect your rights related to the crypto currency. In other countries, either it is recognized as a means of payment and then everything is normal with the circulation of the crypto currency, or its circulation is prohibited by law. To date, crypto currency is banned only in Bangladesh and some other country.

In our country here in the country Bitcoins are legal and it is approved by central banks. In other countries maybe because the bitcoins are not legal because the government does not know it. It will bring good to the people of their country. Or they think it can damage the banks of their country.
I will disagree with what you are trying to say. Seriously speaking i don't think the government are unaware about the existence of bitcoin itself and its community, they just not tell about it, we do not know what is the particular or specific reason on it but its not true that they are not aware.

I think by nature, bitcoin is legal. I think the term your talking about is to regulate. Since its gaining more and more popularity and a lot of people are now using it as a mode of payment, i think it would be better to set rules or guidelines in regulating it. Some countries are now accepting it as payment.

Dear Sir/Mdm

If I think that bitcoin authentication will be difficult, because some factors are not possible if it happens, one of them is the bitcoin price that is difficult to guess and in control. CMIIW

I hope the country whose population of bitcoin users immediately legalize bitcoin in its area, because it will be very helpful for its own population both economic problems and transactions of goods or services payments.
This should be a great act if a country legalize bit coin, this will really help the economic problems and it will also be easy for bit coin users to use their money for their requirements and it will bring more feasibility for the users whenever they transact their money so I think that legalization of bit coin is necessary and it will be a good decision.

Bitcoin is already legal in some big countries,  especially japan. Japanese are very like to make transaction virtually, so bitcoin is very popular there.
