I am sure they would make it difficult to use in certain places though. While there will be much scepticism of these comments among Bitcoin enthusiasts, for the time being the Bitcoin in Pakistan situation indicates that the authorities are beginning to clamp down on this embryonic currency.

If you think about it, what country would WANT to legalize Bitcoin. Not that it is technically 'illegal,' but this would be a major loss for countries if they hop on board. The main source of power they have over their people is the money they tax, and Bitcoin isn't appealing when it comes to 'tax.' I doubt countries would 'legalize' Bitcoin without some type of catch. They'd probably legalize platforms like Coinbase since they're already working with nations' governments.

Despite the techological breakthrough that may and will happen in the future, we will still have some people who'd be using fiat.
Technological advancements will lead to a great future ahead of us, maybe a couple of decades from now and i guess using of fiat will be just a secondary options as a method of payment since technology can do it now. Bitcoin will be the primary and main reason why these things will happen in the future and that is why the prohibition of bitcoin is still a debate topic since we do have different governance who handles us. If ever bitcoin will be legalized and accepted by the government, banks would be useless at all and cryptocurrency, blockchain and other platform will take its place for monetary system.

yes as far as I'm concern, by it's nature, bitcoin is legal. However, certain organizations like banks or government may ban it if they feel it'll do bad than good. But that doesn't mean that it is illegal and  I guess it is another topic b ause for sure once it is legalize the  taxes or Vat comes along with it which is a reay big burden to use for sure because aside from the fees we put in blockchain then here comes the government collecting and eliminating some coins as to taxes.

when will legalization bitcoin? why this does not happen? are there any countries that have legalized bitcoin?
or already somehow now it is possible to legalize the income received from Bitcoin?
Bitcoin legalization is accepted now in some countries because they see bitcoin as the future of new monetary payment system and they witnessed how bitcoin change the life of users. That's why I hope other countries will also see the brighter side of bitcoin and the right time will come that legalization of bitcoin is unstoppable because it is being popular all over the world.
I hope that other countries which they legalized bitcoin look about this subject one other time and follow countries that accept bitcoin, I think sooner or later they understand how bitcoin is too important in our financial lives. I think bitcoin can kill banks a bit, but we are in a new century of technology, Always people need new things that facilitate our lives.

You can't legitimize something that was not restricted previously. Bitcoin isn't unlawful so how would you like to sanction it, it is as of now acknowledged subsequently lawful. Most nations have not an unmistakable position about cryptos but rather a large portion of them (or all) don't boycott bitcoin regardless. They readily acknowledge charges identified with your bitcoin action

The legal status of bitcoin varies substantially from country to country and is still undefined or changing in many of them. Whereas the majority of countries do not make the usage of bitcoin itself illegal, its status as money (or a commodity) varies, with differing regulatory implications. While some countries have explicitly allowed its use and trade, others have banned or restricted it. Likewise, various government agencies, departments, and courts have classified bitcoins differently. While this article provides the legal status of bitcoin, regulations and bans that apply to this cryptocurrency likely extend to similar systems as well.

Bitcoins aren't illegal to use per say, but bitcoins are frowned upon by most countries by how people use it to launder large amounts of money without getting traced. Governments find this problem troubling because it literally sucks out their money and use it to pump other country's economy.

In my opinion, bitcoin and crypto will be subject to legalization in the near future. If I'm not mistaken, Japan is the first country to accept and ensure that bitcoin is a legal asset in commercial bidding. Tax laws can be adjusted and updated to be more appropriate.

While humanity looking for the leaders to lead them nd the nation. While there are problems that arises that needs to control. While the world if full of desperate people. Leaders are born to lead others. In relation to bitcoin or crypto it can be legalized in terms of managing well the entire system in one area of the nation. But it could not be a must to every nation. Choice is always to the leaders and even the decision to make for better purposes to the nation and self.

There are two forms of legalization .
1. For country
2. For whole world.
Some countries are banning the operations  of bitcoin. So i think it is hard to legalized bitcoin worldwide.
We need to promote bitcoin and itself to encourage some countries for involving btc. Or to use it system by every individuality.

Right. The legalization of Bitcoin is clearly a matter of time. Currently, in my country, Bitcoin can only be viewed as a kind of asset rather than a currency to trade. The government is perfecting the legal framework for legalizing Bitcoin. I think that in just 3 years, my country will officially accept Bitcoin as an electronic currency to carry out commercial transactions.

Although Bitcoin does not require the legalization of any government of any country, what bitcoin takes is the acceptance of a state government to be able to be used by the community, even without the receipt of bitcoin will remain in use by everyone in the world as long as the internet can still be accessed by all investors and the potential investors.
