The scammers are out in full force. Protect your account. If someone hacks your account and says to release the funds, there's nothing I can do to help you at that point.
If this is the case, Is it possible to do the transaction conversation using other tool like slack or telegram so that If ever the bitcointalk was compromised then the detail of escrow transaction will never reveal to hacker and the funds will still safe to you. What do you think? I'm planning to use escrow on my future transaction here.
Nope. Too many impersonators. If you get scammed by “OgNasty” on telegram or slack it is your own fault. Only trust bitcointalk.

I agree. That's on the people with weak passwords or compromised accounts. If someone has a very difficult password and still gets hacked, then it's an inside job of the forum. Seen that on other sites also.

Well, yesterday it was Telegram that they were trying to scam by impersonating me until I pointed out who here has a grudge against me that frequently uses Telegram. Now suddenly today it seems they switched to posing as me on Discord to try and scam. I know who the users are that are doing this, but without more concrete evidence I don't want to point fingers publicly. Although it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
I've been in communication with Telegram and have recommended they file a police report in an attempt to track down the user in question. I've been helping with all the evidence I have and hope they will be caught eventually. I'll reach out to Discord later today and see if I can get them to take a similar approach. Thanks for the information.
