Buying altcoins is good, as long as you are sure making profit is 60% possible, then is a good idea in buying and holding for some time. Infact for me so far I prefer investing in altcoins with less price.

yes, the strategy is good, you can invest now for a bigger profit later no matter whenever price grow. but investing less than a $1. maybe you will get 10$ - 50$ profit but if you invest an amount which you can afford to lose then you can also make like thousands of dollars from it. There was a boy (i forgot his name) who invested the money his grandma gave him from her will, and now he is a millionaire because he invested in the correct time.

It does make sense but totally depends on the project you want to buy the coins. Most altcoins with cheap prices seem to remain stagnant without new improvements or update. Buy into an altcoin with a good team and usecase.

but, if you buy a shitcoins in lower price, i think you will lose your money
and if you have confidence you can invest in IEO on top exchanges ,they tend to return more profits in short term

can be, altcoin leave the market and just disappear, buying altcoin is full of risks because the coin is still relatively new, we have to follow update of the altcoin that we buy if we don't want to loss

There are top altcoins that are cheap as centavo for its price.

It makes a sense to buy a cheap altcoins due to higher price growth potential. Coins like BTC or ETH won't give you fast x2 profit or more unlike coins that are worth a few cents. 
I don't think so.. I don't believe that if less price of a crypto more profit you will get in the future.. I believe that if the project is good then the price of a crypto will go pump.
Price is not determinant of value in this case. Every coin enters the market with low price and it depends on its quality how it will develop and gain popularity. So the best thing is to do some research, check not only the price but also other aspects of crypto in which you're willing to invest. I'm pretty sure this will provide you some necessary data to decide which one is interesting for you.
Making huge profit is more possible with token or coin of less than 10 cents with those above it. The reason for this is because people hardly noticed the different its price and it is very easy for them to put funds into it so far it looks very cheap
