I would also play here Qd1.
What do you guys think of this - 23.Nxd7 Rxd7 24.Qd1 Rd8 25.Nc1 c4 then maybe look at ideas with Qg4 threatening Bxh6 (trying to infiltrate his king side with our queen while his is at the other side of the board)
24.Qd1 looks as good as any of the other options I can think of (like 24. Nc1). I can't find any way to solve our current problems. Every variation I see involves us losing a pawn sometime in the next several moves. After our d3 pawn is gone, suddenly his queen seems well developed on a8! Our e4 pawn is about to become a target.
24.Nc1 allows for an immediate c4 push (with tempo because our Queen is still on b3), if we then move to d1, he has more options, for example he can decide to capture on d3. In the variation I suggested, when the c4 push occurs, our Queen is already on d1, so we are the ones with the extra option.
I also vote for 24. Qd1.

I am teaching the kids at our chess club. I have followed a course from the Dutch Chess Association to become a chess teacher. It was the first course, they also got some more courses to even become a better teacher.

The above solution is very aesthetically pleasing but some of the readers of this thread may still want to think about how black should respond if white plays Qc1 or Qd2 after black plays Qxf2.

I am going to start posting chess problems in this thread. The goal is to find the best continuation. I won't tell you in advance if the best continuation will lead to a win or a draw. Since the skill level in this thread varies greatly I will post problems of varying difficulty. I'm stumped, the safest move would be to move the Rook to c8 and blow raspberries at his Queen menacingly.

We are white in the game against OP and it is our move. If you are asking about the chess problem he just posted, it is black to move. Based on your comment I think you are referring to the puzzle and are suggesting knight to g5 (Ng5 not Kg5) for black. If you do that white will retreat his king to g2 and white is up too much material.
I'm thinking it might worth looking at the ugly move f3 after he recaptures on d7.

How about another ugly move? 24.Nc1 maybe? We are not doing well. For those that dislike 23. Nxd7 maybe 23. Nc1 could be another option.
I even looked at 23. Nf3 hoping he would play 23....Nf6 and we could repeat moves but 23. Nf3 c4 looks very good for him. After 24. dxc4 bxc4 we will end up losing our pawn on e4.

I don't think we can avoid material loss at this point so we need to at least try and get a little counter play for it. I don't think we have any chance of winning this, I think a draw is the very best we can hope for

I like your idea to look for counter-play. I even looked at the crazy move 23.Ng6 fxg6 24. Qxe6+ Kf8 25.Qg6 but it won't work. We need more pieces near his king to mount an effective attack. Your idea seems better than my Ng6 idea. At least we will not lose a Knight right away! I will keep my 23.Nxd7 note
