In the blockexplorer there are no blocks above 73593. There are no transactions in the past few days.

The coins from pool are confirmed. The coins my brother send me give this problem.

I only have 5 outgoing, but for every incoming transaction there is also an outgoing tx at the sender's wallet.

Do you have only the incoming transactions in your wallet? Problems with outgoing transactions only. The developer does not recognize the problem. I think because of these problems there is no normal exchange.

How long have you been claiming? You need to reach the 50 XLC threshold in order to withdraw your coins and if you have already reached the threshold then coins will be sent automatically every monday around 12am UTC.

I think it is something to do with Genesis Block Reward.
Also, comparing the Leviarcoin's github with Forknote config file, both seems to be quite different.

What do you think?
