We have sold thousands of miners around the world, there is no need for escrow

One of the great benefits of Escrow is motivating the seller to actually ship the hardware in a timely fashion.  What is currently transpiring is customers of yours are paying up front then being left wondering what is going on after "promises" of 48-hr shipping are ignored.  Perhaps if you weren't getting the coins until the end-user received the hardware it might motivate you to actually fulfill your obligations of getting HW out the door.

It's hit or miss because it is true a couple of vocal customers here have stated they received miners.

Now, it is possible the thousands of miners may be to Chinese customers who are not active here, who knows?

I've been trying to work with Jack but nothing seems to get accomplished.

It is sad, that Jack is not answering our questions or delivering the paid miners - I went through the other (main lightningasic/asiabtc) thread here on btctalk and was already convinced to do business with him. He and his company seemed like one of few trustworthy Chinese mining companies atm...

Their LA800G offer is very interesting (+hosting) at the moment in my opinion. Have money ready to transfer, but now just waiting and hoping for the best outcome.

Fingers crossed to all you recent buyers of lightning miners!

Seems that escrow is needed in every transaction here.

I agree unless it's with proven trusted traders.

I already went that route and was shut down

escrow accepted?

WTF, he paid a week ago and the op has gone.

Its not my money but I'm anxious.

I am as well for a number of reasons. Hoping for a good turnout but the damage has already been done.

Promise one thing and not delivering on it, saying one thing and doing another. This is becoming very acceptable in the bitcoin community and it needs to stop.
Seems like JACK  is OFF.

I'll let them confirm but from what has been gathered.

1) Standard ATX 800W Min. (not included unless hosted with them)
2) RPI (not included unless hosted with them)
3) They will provide RPI ISO
4) I believe BFGMiner was not supported, unsure of CGM

Hope that helps.

Thank you very much waldohoover !

Well, just received PM from "lightningasic'" - for just 4.27BTC/miner - he will grant me access to the miner Smiley Seriously ?? Are these spammers just some bored kids or what ? Maybe they should finish their prep for class tomorrow first - if you spam kid, at least offer miner for actual original price (hint: look at lightningasic.com) Smiley

Seems to be only 1170$/piece on the website.

How does hosting work? The electricity price in convenient but do I have to pay for a PSU and ras PI?

The price at 1,5$/ GH is on par with Bitmain, maybe more expensive if you factor in the PSU and PI. The hosting is nice, although this company does not invest enough in public relations.

Maybe selling miners is their secondary business. I understand that though  Kiss Why bother when you can mine.

No, u dont have to pay for PI or PSU, we take care of that.

So 1170$ for 800 GH (or twice for two as the thread says) and I don't have to pay VAT, shipment, PSU, ras PI and pay ~115$/month host. If you add remote access this is the best deal on the market and I'm up for some.

What you guys think?

That's exactly what I was thinking - buy at least 5 of these, go for $115/machine hosting, and reinvest in 3 month into SP30 which will be luckily on the market (another good miner w good price/w/gh ratio). Would love to buy from them - seems like honest guys from the other (more detailed) thread here - however, sent them email&post here QA - no clear answer from them both on:
1. confirm that the host price is around $115/month/miner
2. is/will there be remote access ?
So far zip Smiley

But their offer is so far best I've seen $/w/gh/hosting - if they have miners in stock of course Smiley

I think you should see  if this thread sends at least 1 miner out that works.  If they deliver as promised the deal is good.

In fact I may buy 1 hosted myself.

Huh? That's a scrypt miner.

Where is the op?  Where are the 1.5 Ths running?
We need videos.

I think no one received any Miners till now, SwissHash seems the first to have ordered a 800GH Unit from this thread and it looks like he is still waiting on his tracking number ...

I'm unclear...in 1 spot it says no rpi or psu.  In another you say that they are both included.
Please let me know which it is
Thanks
