I got a tracking number. It shipped yesterday and is on the move!!!

I seen that to upgrade the firmware you have to push that white switch on the miner, but I have the gold ones, and there is no switch! Can someone please let me know how the "gold edition" miners can upgrade the firmware?

If you can understand it, there is some firmware info. But no instructions and probably not the good news you hoped for.

Any update on the new controller FW?
Only see 8 units on each of my hubs, hopefully it gets solved with a FW update. (From Windows i DO see 10 units, so the hub is OK)
No great speeds yet. With 2x8 visible (16) units hashing i get about 4MH/s max. Could be i have to give it more time. Will let it run overnight.
I'll use my weekend to troubleshoot, if a FW update doesn't help.

Received tracking and packet already picked up!
Things just take a bit of time. This seems to be actually quite fast delivery if everything goes well compared to for example Bitmine - my CoinCraft Desk miners are already two months late!

Well I filed a Paypal dispute. I payed a premium because I was expecting it to be delivered quickly. Every single day matters, ROI, ROI, ROI.
No communication, no working tracking #, I did not drop money to get the run-around. I am very disappointed.
With so many competitors springing up, prices per unit is already dropping.

I have deleted the negative Feedback, because Jack has identified the problem (Two Ben's have ordered) and I'll hope, I can see any progress on the tracking-information tomorrow.
I'm absolutly sure, Jack is a good guy and he work hard. I'll make more business in future, but in a better organized Situation.

If they have sold alot of these then why hasnt the difficulty skyrocketed with ltc ?
There are a lot more Scrypt coins out there than Litecoin. Besides, this dinky amount of hashrate hardly makes a dent. It'll take rackmount mining systems with hundreds of Mh/s of hashrate to start impacting difficulty significantly. There are many resources online for seeing what the most profitable coins are at any given time. Coinwarz is one. Just do your research on the coins, because many of them are scams or pump and dumps.

Lack of details is definitely not the issue. I paid back on the 10th and submitted all info. Angela contacted me on the 19th asking for my "tel no and postal code" which I responded with in 5 minutes. Since then my daily routine for the past 6 days has been:
1. Call DHL to see if package has been shipped using my name and zip code (and they tell me no)
2. Contact Jack via Skype and re-explain the situation to him after which he says he'll look into it and msg me back (I provide all my contact info again including tel no and postal code).
3. Hours later I attempt to contact him to make sure things have been straightened out and he usually says it'll be shipped that day and he'll send me the tracking # asap.
4. No contact or response until the following morning.
5. Goto step 1.
5a. Every other day I also send Angela an email with the requested info in a futile hope someone/anyone will pull their head out of their ass.
I can understand them not being able to initially ship my package 6 days ago when they asked for my ph # and zip code, but WTF has been going on since then?

No one is mining LTC? It is not the most profitable scrypt coin.
what are people mostly mining then?
They work nice for Dogecoin and profits more.

Why are you such an ass. I sent it twice(this is multiple) to [email protected], and then once directly to angela after I filed the paypal dispute and got a new email address. Now what's your response? I didn't send it enough? You're making this sound like a seamless operation. I sent money and I'm pissed it's taking so long. I'm also sharing my experience. Go kiss jacks ass some more.
