lol yes, like opening a new bank account depositing your entire live savings and being told. Guess what your bank and routing number is? Its a combination of 10 digits.

have you tried removing a digit one at a time and trying all possible combinations?   as much volume as they are moving, and what  sounds like chaos over there trying to process all these orders, Im sure the last thing on their mind is double checking for typing errors.

'Service' type on DHL website says Express Worldwide.  and my tracking # (Waybill) was only 10 digits long. 

I tried both ways, and then tried calling them. I also asked DHL rep how long it took for their system to update shipment info she responded as soon as its scanned.

Should be EXPRESS. Try without last Digit or without first Digit on dhl.com.

Got a tracking # today...

BUT it is neither DHL Global or DHL Express. Called them and they searched for me by Name, Address, Zip code, nothing. Nada.

I received an 11 digit tracking # and DHL representative told me Express uses 10 digits, and Global uses 13.

Don't know what else to say at this point.

Do you by chance know if it was DHL Global or Express? It seems they are different

Just to update, I paid with BTC on the 12th for one LA3M, and still have not received any email confirmation, or tracking info.  Called DHL today per others' recommendation, and they did find the tracking info that it shipped out yesterday.  Now to hoping that it gets here intact.  Good to see that Jack is catching up on alot of the unfulfilled orders.

I can not call DHL, because here in switzerland they would have the reference number of the supplier. When I say the zipcode, they say: We can not give data, because we must have the reference number of supplier. I have no chance to get a tracking number in switzerland without the reference number of supplier!

Edit: I need the reference number of the supplier or the tracking number from Jack to can track the packages!

did you by chance call DHL? Because Jack said my order would go out today, but i called dhl and there was nothing..

I hope my LA6M is shipped too, Angela says, it would be go out at 21th Feb, but I have no package and no tracking number.

Just an update...after about three days hashing with the LA6M (20 miners) I'm getting around 7Mh/s total, on average. When you restart these things, they often jump to very high hashrates for a short time and then throttle back down to 350-400, or so. Gives you the feeling that they SHOULD be capable of more than we're seeing. I've also been experiencing the issue where the controllers reboot everything, around once an hour. Sometimes more often, sometimes less...no rhyme or reason. Sometimes when they come back up, one or more miners won't come back up with them and it requires a power cycle. Annoying behavior, for sure.

I spoke to someone through the Skype tech support account who told me that a new firmware was planned for today, but I haven't seen any announcement of it. I'm curious to know if that will give us more control over clocks and let us tweak more, as well as set up a backup pool. I'd also love the option to save various pools and switch between them, without having to manually enter the pool info every time. I guess we'll see.

But anyway, the 5Mh/s per 10 miners is still a distant dream, which is disappointing as that was kind of what I based on my ROI on, when I decided to make this purchase. I'm hopeful the new firmware will help us see those hashrates.

I just wanted to let people here know that even though I didn't receive any tracking info on forehand, I just had a DHL guy stop at my door with a package from china

I paid the 10th, by bank transfer.

I am testing with one unit now, and it seems to be stable up to a frequency of 750. It doesn't matter for the hashrate (at give-me-coins pool) though whether I put it at 600 or 750.

Will you send tracking info to all customers ?
Or you already have sent it ?
I didn't receive it yet.
