I'm tired of stressing over Yifu. I have two miners from Batch 3 and one from Batch 4; assembly and hosting has been paid for as well. If you look into my past on BitcoinTalk, you'll see I've already tried to sell them but I'm willing to come down to 5 BTC for all three -- that still presents a potential positive ROI situation for someone depending on when the chips come in. I would also be willing to accept LTC as payment. PM me if you'd like proof of the order or any further information.

I hate to burst your bubble, but orders are shipped up to about 260k, according to the spreadsheet.

There must have been a change to zefir #2 position since I looked at it.  Too bad.

Thanks for that spreadsheet.  It looks like we have:

Orders shipped up to ~ 490k

Batch 1, chip position:  660k
Batch 2, chip position:  670k
Batch 3, chip position:  690k
Batch 4, chip position:  770k
Batch 5, chip position:  840k
Batch 6, chip position:  ?

Looks like Batch 1-3 should come together in the next couple of days? (hoping...)

I sincerely wish I'd wasted my "investment" money in Vegas instead :/

Anyone wanna buy some batch 4 miners?

TSMC should have a lot of pull with the Chinese government, they even have a factory in Shanghai.

I suspect the problem may be Bitsyncom is not entirely 'above board' with the Chinese government and these large chip movements are raising red flags. That's why he is using "other routes".

Bingo....

Looks like we have over 200,000 chips before us to be shipped, so we got a while..

Man how pissed is the guy that paid for 200,000 chips in one go? That's a lot of machines.  I am wondering though whether the big batch orders have already been processed in some other manner, I mean it's just so much money and product... $1.5M worth of chips...

Well according to their last update he is shipping 40 to 50k chips per day.. so not that long I guess.  If he's telling the truth.
My Batch, #3, is at least a couple of weeks away according to the current schedule. Over a month delay, probably more.

I have a feeling the chips were stuck enroute to Yifu, not enroute to groupbuys, that sucks, its quite possible this is fault of TCSM or customs being retarded, happy to see some progress today, hope to hear some good news from steamboat soonish

BS.  TSMC is a multi-billion dollar company that ships millions of chips per DAY.  You think they wouldn't get the customs paperwork right?

TSMC should have a lot of pull with the Chinese government, they even have a factory in Shanghai.  Plus the 135 boxes of chips (2.1million chips allegedly) had no problems getting to the packaging company Fujitsu located in Shanghai's Export Processing Zone (EPZ).  Right after, they shipped out to HKG from Shanghai's Pudong Airport on June 25 according to the tracking number provided by The Genesis Block.

Just in case anyone didn't see the latest update from BitSyncom, via their website:

"chips have arrived via other routes as previously announced, we are shipping them out at the rate of 40-50k on a daily basis at the moment, in addition to the ~150k or so that went out, another 40k was shipped today. There is multiple channel which the chips are arriving from various packaging facility to minimize downtime. Please bare this in mind: while we had backup/multiple packaging companies and various delivery routes, things still will go wrong. There is also testing that must be done, then they can split, packed and sent to the EZP coupled with their CN-22 and be on their way. We will provide more update as they come. In addition, the trade-in and refunds are being processed."

Meh.

He should go to the group buy thread that lists all the group buy orders together in one place, and publicly state which ones are out the door and which are shipping soon. Otherwise this is all garbage.

If you have a direct order with Avalon via DHL and want to check to see if your chips have shipped, call DHL at 1 (800) 225-5345  and give them your name and address and ask if there are any shipments on route in your name. Works like a charm

Saw this in another thread, wasn't sure if Steamboat had given this a try.
