Or, if you're feeling particularly lucky, you can try BitInstant.com. The fees are high, and they are notorious at the moment for problems, but you get the coins fast. You pay cash at a Moneygram location, and get your bitcoins in just a couple of hours. Great service when it works. But the fees are 3.99% + $3.95 flat rate for each transaction.
Just as a full disclaimer: Not only do I NOT work for bitinstant.com in anyway, I don't even like them as a company. I've gotten VERY poor customer service in the past, and their support thread here is riddled with complaints - some of them from me. With that said, I reluctantly still use them when I have to. And honestly, the vast majority of transactions have gone through without a hitch. I actually had to use them recently to fund for this upcoming assembly order, and my other options weren't fast enough :/
