Lack of comunication is distrurbing and he mix chip GB with assambly service. I, as others, have paid upfront and put a trust in his hands.

I think most people who have an internet connection can locate information about steamboat at this point, but no need to start throwing out the possibilities of calling or visiting him... really do not want his next update to be "I have flown to NY to hide with Yifu because people showed up at my door and now the mafia is after me".
He should already be aware that people know how to find him, unless he has assumed a complete false identity... in which case, we're all screwed
He logs each and every day and does not post. Why? He does not care about any of our concerns, our questions regarding klondike specs, refund option and future? I just dont see why that is so hard? Even yifu talk to and answer "some" questions. If we are screwed then we should start to know, and time is to know!
