Limits are not high but not so bad either. Depends on the needs of every individual.

Indeed, you're right and that's why I've spent 2 minutes on their website.
For the limits written in here, the prices and fees they use are bigger than I find normal. So I'll pass for now.

I think that Wirex, Advcash, maybe even TenX are getting close to the point they start distributing the card replacements. At least Wirex seems to be on the schedule (and that's Q1!).

Viabuy issues Mastercard, correct? It seems they allow their cards to be loaded with bitcoins via their processing partner, BitPay:

https://www.viabuy.com/service-experience.html

Are there restrictions similar to Skrill or are the funds spendable and withdrawable from ATMs? They have strict KYC regs and they have had an active web presence for years so I’m sure they are not a fly by night card operation.

Yes it works.

But very low limits.

You can only topup with crypto 1000 EUR per month, and max 15000 in a year.
If you want better limits, you need to verify your income, and that you pay tax, from officials.

Still I 'm not sure that I understood this part with income verification. Who exactly verifies the income and what is the procedure and also who do you pay tax to? I mean we are all obliged to pay taxes on income in our countries, so on what tax you precisely think?

Well spotted, I gave you some merit.   Anything like that is a big red flag, I'm not sure why anyone would think that is a good idea for promotion.

The link for the goldmoney mastercard doesnt go through to anywhere.  I've used that company to buy gold with crypto, its quite useful for that purpose.

As someone that's still learning to notice the signs of the cryptoscams, would you be able to let me know how/why you came to the conclusion that nullpay maybe a scam?
This isn't an attack on you - I'm curious on what your thought process is when coming to conclusions - something I want to apply myself when I look at projects.

I will wait until some news. I will travel next June so there are time to get a prepaid card, credit card o whatever

Well, since the issues with most of the cards we had in January/February because of Wavecrest, nowadays even prepaid cards are quite hard to get: only a few companies have them working, most of them are trying to get new deals to have again working cards. I don't know how fast will they move.

With this situation, I would not put all my hopes into that one card, since I don't know when will they have a deal or license for their cards and also it may work with MinexCoin, not Bitcoin.

There are some card that is not a credit card? I mean, a card linked to a wallet where i deposit my btc and they apply the rate at the time i use it

You mean not a prepaid card. Credit card is something else.
I've read at Minexcoin that they (or somebody affiliated?!) prepare something like that: you fill your wallet with coins and the conversion to fiat happens at a purchase/withdraw and converts only the necessary to cover the spent fiat. But that's only a plan for now, afaik.
I don't know of other cards with this behavior...

yes, exactly that.
