There are some card that is not a credit card? I mean, a card linked to a wallet where i deposit my btc and they apply the rate at the time i use it

You mean not a prepaid card. Credit card is something else.
I've read at Minexcoin that they (or somebody affiliated?!) prepare something like that: you fill your wallet with coins and the conversion to fiat happens at a purchase/withdraw and converts only the necessary to cover the spent fiat. But that's only a plan for now, afaik.
I don't know of other cards with this behavior...

I registered in ePayments and it took 4 days to verify my account which is great, now I am waiting another 5 days to process my card and send it internationally which will be by Royal Mail, anybody knows if this will come with tracking number?

misterango and viabuy is tested by me, and they work.

misterango is 10-12 days delivery, and has decent limits. 3k eur POS per day, and 1k eur ATM per day. acceptable. easy to deposit btc.

dunno with VIABUY, but i have their card and just needs to activate it. but i guess its working.

Thanks for info. How much did you pay for VIABUY?

Mistertango is for free, am i right?

Both are Mastercard - i have nothing against Mastercard, but is it mean that there is no Visa debit card on EU market?

Nope, no Visa Bitcoin debit cards available because Visa has ended the partnership with Wave Crest, their provider for EU market, due to some condition violations.
Aledgley Visa is looking for another provider so they still have the intention to supply Bitcoin debit cards again. How much will this take and when the new cards will be available no one can't tell.

Dude visa mastercard is the same.
Wave Crest even ONLY had mastarcard issuing. NOT visa.

These "closed mastarcard exchangers" needs to obtain a real banking license through EU, then they can start doing it again.

You just don't know what are you talking about. Visa and MasterCard are not the same card issuers. And it's not true that Wave Crest wasn't Visa partner. Please inform yourself better before you say something like this and make confusion among users.
And MasterCard connected Bitcoin debit cards are actualy working. Like Mistertango.

Several issues on that. Loading with BitPay would add a 1% fee on every load. ViaBuy is a paid service and quite expensive too. It'd be better to exchange BTC and just deposit to a bank account with a debit card. N26 or Mistertango for example.

There were numerous reports of people in this very forum, who had their N26 account closed
due to regular cryptocurrency-related transactions.

You would expect that an emerging bank like N26 would be very friendly towards new inventions
like digital currencies, but this is a far cry from reality unfortunately.

I would strongly recommend using Mistertango over N26 even though Mistertango has a few
drawbacks as well (e.g. high BTC deposit fees).

Viabuy issues Mastercard, correct? It seems they allow their cards to be loaded with bitcoins via their processing partner, BitPay:

https://www.viabuy.com/service-experience.html

Are there restrictions similar to Skrill or are the funds spendable and withdrawable from ATMs? They have strict KYC regs and they have had an active web presence for years so I’m sure they are not a fly by night card operation.

Viabuy has geographic restrictions which would apply to many people: "We send out cards to customers with residence in the European Union, also to Gibraltar." If you have a European address though, it's worth looking at.

More info on VIABUY, very strict rules regarding limits.

I could only deposit 1000EUR, and not anymore. Even though im LVL2.

To upgrade to LVL3 (15k eur+ per year), you need to prove your income, and that you pay tax.

I think my VIABUY was free, but not sure.

You need to load 90EUR on it to activate it though. (money will be on your card afterwards)

Misterango charges a fee every month for your MC, i think its around 2-3$. But ordering it is free.

I am going to activate my VIABUY now, and i dont expect any problems with this process.

And why do you want VISA?

VISA owns Mastercard - same company.
Mastercards are just primary used as prepaid cards.

You dont have to be afraid of a shutdown.
These companies lives up to the rules from VISA(mastercard), and has obtained a bank-license, and not only a mastercard-issuing license through a middleman.
As long as these companies owns these kind of licenses (which also gives you an IBAN bank account), they wont be shut down.

This can also be a problem for people who is tax-evading, since theres a big chance that the IBAN/mastercard can be connected to local tax authorities. So if you need to pay taxes on cryptotrading/mining etc, you should reconsider creating such bank/mastercard.

EDIT:
Just activated my VIABUY, and it DOES cost money:

yearly account fee from 30/01/2018 to 29/01/2019 for card XXXX   EUR -19.9
one-time account issuing fee for card with public token XXXXX   EUR -69.9

Very interesting indeed. I have some MC prepaid debit cards that were originally funded with crypto. They seem to have stopped working a few days ago, regardless of supplier. All these MC transactions are being rejected since about Thursday, January 11. I assume that MC is making its version of Visa's move on Wavecrest, but time will tell. Anyone else finding this?

I made a successful purchase yesterday with a Mastercard (AdvCash, virtual card), it worked just fine.
And, to make it more interesting, I think that's a wavecrest mastercard.

The sad part is that I may get a refund from somewhere and the money will arrive onto the not-working-anymore Wirex Wavecrest Visa. Anyone has any experience with that?!

AdvCash service is quite awful. First they misspelled my name on the card (!), and after I ordered it, they sent a notice, that due to some internal problems, my card would expire in 2 months. I'd be wary about these guys.

Your card isnt even made by advcash. It was created by westcrest, and they had the information from your adv profile.
I used advcash since they opened their website, and every single time i had fast response via skype/email/tickets. With a very very proffesional attitude.

Seriously, do you really ignore that 95% of crypto debit cards worldwide have been disabled?

it's not advcash issue
