I do not know how you are going through all of these whether its manuel or not but it might be worth getting either @LoyceV or @suchmoon to drop one of their scripts and show all members with a negative trust rating that might make your job a little bit easier.
Honestly finding out these proven scammer is time consuming. Before listing any new scammer on this list its urgent to collect all information about him and scam details too. For this reason i think its necessary to find them manually rather than using script. lots of forum users account have got negative trust and it doesn't mean that all of them are proven scammers. So its kinda hard to collect real scammers from a large number of spammers and account sellers.

Indeed, it seems a very hard job to look up thses scammers. The problem is people are tagged for so many reasons. Some could have been tagged for spamming, others for just simple disagreements so OP would still have to sort out specific scammers he is looking for but it's worth a try.

Being greedy can really destroy a reputation just like these forum users that are listed in this thread. Even such small amount are taken away. This thread is very helpful to show it to everyone who didn't know about this proven scammers where a forum might get scanmed if he/she didn't know about this list
The funny thing is most of them are back on the forum with account, they might not be using the names here and might also not be using the same scam format. Maybe we can make a post that describe the pattern of scam for those cases listed, Just in case they might have to do it the same way. To inform members on how to identify them

Will you please add a list of scam project? like bounties that haven't paid their participants after a successful campaign?
I have such plan to create something like this but usually bounty reward distribution process takes extra time then we expect. For this reason we easily can't take final decision about any project and its kinda time consuming too.

I mean how this list will serve to this community.
It's depend on community users self awareness about checking this list before making any new deals again with these proven scammers.

I just want to know the purposes of listing out all the scammers in one topic. I mean how this list will serve to this community. Because, individually all those scammers are having negative trust score and I guess that would be more than enough to alert anyone before dealing with them. Kindly prove me wrong if I am missing anything regarding this.

I think some of the people on your list are bought accounts which will make them easy to do such a thing. furthermore Bounties that are successful can also be added here when they scam their participant to add more awareness on them.

Damn unfortunate. That's such a waste of a great account username. I'd actually probably pay to have that to be honest lol.

Thanks for the list and detailed study.
Disclosure of such people in the community is important for possible future fraud cases. Marking community members in the same way as finding and disclosing scam projects would be very useful for both bitcointalk and blockchain.

The objectively interesting thing to see is that there are numerous profiles related to these doings, having all sorts of ranks (it may be good to add the rank to visualize this when and if you have time for it).
Thanks for the suggestion and i will definitely add their rank with next update. Hopefully that's gonna help our forum users to get much information about these scammers bitcointalk profile.

I don’t know if you intend to keep the thread on Beginners & Help, but here it serves as a clear warning for those that do not wander into Scam Accusations and Reputation.
Purpose of making this thread is to keep our newbies and forum users far from those proven scammers. I think after visiting this thread they will be able to get real information before making any kinda deal or using those scammers service. I agree that some users don't feel it necessary to visit other sections of our forum and that's why i will move this thread regularly on multiple section to make it much visible to visitors.

I am astonished the spammers profile reported are Sr.member or some upgraded accounts. To reach to that grade means that fellow has knowledge. When you are literate then why would you do such actions? That is my personal emotional view.

I have a doubt- there are users against whom there were reported and still are active.
For instance: The first thread has reported a spammer profile and the account is active till today. I am confused why is the user not banned yet?

Gift card sellers, as well as forum account sellers, change accounts very often. They constantly create new profiles, but other contacts with them may remain the same. Maybe it’s worth adding here telegram contacts, for example?

The smart ones could easily change their telegram username as there isn't any limitations to that. Also creating a new email isn't that big of a deal so they could easily change their email too. Having this details on the list won't make much of a difference and would only put more workload on the OP since the scammers can easily bypass them. It'll only be useful when dumb ones try creating alts with same contact details to continue their scammy activities on the forum which if they get linked to accounts above they'll find alternative measures to avoid detection.

Forum users just have to be self cautious as not much can be done by the forum itself to prevent scammers from finding a way to scam others. OP kudos to creating & keeping this list updated, saw this sometime ago on the scam accusation board & was about recommending you move it to a board that it'll be more useful like what you have just done. Kudos.

In addition, it’s important to check out the Trust rating in order to glimpse through the ratings and feedback.
