Guys, buy a positively correlated coin which goes up everytime Bitcoin goes up or at least retains all its value against Bitcoin.

I've been tracking all these coins and some have gone up on hype or cause they were new coins while Bitcoin was spiking but the only coin I found which consistently went up and down with Bitcoin and tracked it perfectly with ZERO hype is ixCoin.

Do your own DD, but I have owned ixCoin for 5 months now and it has always tracked Bitcoin and usually it goes up more, on a % basis, than even the most bullish Bitcoin run, like the run it had recently from $68 to $150.

Good luck guys - I feel bad so many of you fell for the Litecoin bandwagon.  Diversify and get out of Scrypts, an expensive and rising Bitcoin along with cheap ASICS And merge mining means Scrypts will get killed and they have no chance as there's no ASICS or merge mining anywhere on the horizon.

litecoin is clearly dead, but not cgb/gld/dgc Smiley BTC will eventually die like the loser bloated slow ass un-innovative crap coin it is.

No-one take the bait. Obviously trolling.

Yeah he didn't mention YAC.

Anyway, the problem for LTC is that ok, maybe this slump is just the effect of the BTC bandwagon, but after the BTC bubble is over and the money has to come back they will think again "why LTC of all the alts", and the longer it goes without substantial market news the older and more unexciting it will look like. So basically, every BTC bubble is killing a bit of LTC hype if LTC as nothing new to offer.

Rising tide lifts all boats.

This is why LTC will profit from this Bitcoin rise in not so distant future. Investors will ask themselves: "has xbt gone up in price too much? Let's buy some undervalued alternatives instead, which haven't moved much, before others beat us to it. " This is how Wall Street investors think.

Many of you are not well versed in how VCs invest money. They invest in whole sectors not just in one company. In many cases indexes of whole sectors are bought as a bet on whole sector for the sake of diversifying the portofolio and spreading the risk around. This is why some serious cash will be thrown at LTC as a normal logical reaction to this XBT rise, as a bet on the bright future of cryptocurrencies in general.

Just hold, I believe it will back.
just dropped below .009  Shocked

litecoin looks crashing, because these days bitcoin is skyrocketing backed by some huge speculations, when this round of speculation finished, and bitcoin price falling, the litecoin price will back.
but it's not just btc/ltc. ltc/usd has taken a beating the past month or two at least.

There is only so much USD to go around. Some of the people buying BTC are dumping LTC for BTC.

Having said that, LTC has been on a downtrend. The maintenance rumour provided a blip in prices. There will be a rise once the current BTC rally is over; but I still seeing it going down in the near future.

Just hold, I believe it will back.

Why hold something that might go up when you could easily be holding something that is going up?

Coz its so low now and maybe it will rise up just as you sell?

I jumped off the train long back and now buying in a much smaller amount in case it rebounds well.

Because I have some litecoins and don't know when the situation of the current bitcoin price will reverse.

Of course! Cheap shar... I mean coins!

It's not cheap if it drops another 10% every time Bitcoin goes up $10.  It's shocking nobody is seeing this trend yet.

I am not mocking you.

Cool.  Nice to see someone who's not brainwashed by the lame LTC is the silver of CryptoTurds.

When I was looking to buy the next Bitcoin I did a lot of research and saw that Litecoin was in first place by most people.  Naturally I ran the other way as the masses are rarely right when they blindly follow each other off a cliff.

Conversely, the least popular alt coin, which most either hated or thought it was dead, was ixCoin, so I used that as a great contrarian indicator and after much research I found enough reasons to make ixCoin my top choice for either Bitcoin 2.0 or at least a Crypto Coin ETF 2.0, presuming I'm right and Bitcoin gets that ETF License.

Lol.

Less than 3 weeks ago I said Bitcoin would surge higher and it would kill Litecoin and almost all scrypt coins.

I was laughed at but now look at Litecoin, down over 60% in under 3 weeks and mark my words, it's not gonna stop as long as Bitcoin continues its surge which it will as by now ETF rumors must be leaking.  I said some 8 weeks ago Bitcoin would be between $150 and $200 right around now due to ETF news, developments or leaks.  We're nearly there and Bitcoin is looking like it's only getting started.

For those with Litecoins, LTC is nothing more than a Glorified ShitCoin.  In Fact, my ShitCoin should overtake it soon here at the rate LTC is free-falling.

So I suggest diversify into SHA256 coins and find one or two that are positively correlated to Bitcoin.  I made my choice and bought ixCoin.

So no, the CrapCoin, LTC, is not dead but it is dying very very fast and with Bitcoin going higher and without ASICS and merge mining, Scrypts simply don't stand a chance.

Good luck!
