Litecoin still is one of the most liquid altcoins, and reasonably stable. For someone to claim LTC is dead, is like the person claiming btc is dead. It's completely inaccurate.
I must give litecoin credit for being the coin with the most persistent baghodlers 
Litecoin is the only tried and true altcoin. 10 years from now Litecoin may be the only alt that still has significant trading volume or to be seen as another crypto that actually works as a store of value. Litecoin shouldn't even be this cheap right now.

Uhh... the price is actually rising right now, it's around 0.0067 to 0.0069, so I think the "get em" time was over. A few days ago would be good because it was around 0.006

litecoin is the only alt that I saw beat bitcoin volume left n right, it has been at top for loooooooong time, you cannot bargain a top coin like litecoin, but certanly you can bargain other small caps..... sooner or later ltc will get 2nd spot again, it will fight for his place, no fancy tech can denied it quote my words.
With close to a 200 million $ market cap it's far from dead. When it drops out of the top 10 then maybe we can start making that claim.
The only use it has is for people trading bitcoin.

The litecoin price is fairly stable for some time. It is rising slowly at the moment to new highs in the medium term.
I hate being wrong, but all those pages ago when I made fun of litecoin? I may have been wrong.

im hearing here that LTC dies so many times but like you mentioned this is one of stable alt on the market ans i will said it again this is the only coin that never let me down

LTC should be honored as the most stable coin in the market to date. Only time will tell if has one big run left in it.
Totally correct. Most alt coins tend to be very volatile in terms of price. When it comes to Litecoin, that is not usually the case. Prices are relatively stable, making it good for long term investments. That is one of the things in which LTC is not dead yet (and I don't think it will ever be) Also, it is one of the most trusted alts, considering it has been one of the oldest alt coins since BTC's inception.
Ether right now is the "hot" coin, though Litecoin has been a lot more stable since it's halfing last year.
I suspect the "hot" of Ethereum will dry up big time once it goes PoS.

The recent spark of ETH is (possibly) merely because their current promotion with DAO. Never try to do the DAO, but they said you can exchange ETH to some DAO, and it got people excited. While for LTC itself, they didn't do any recent promotion (not that I know) that made the slight sparks up these days, but its price is increasing whatsoever, so I think LTC has more fighting power than ETH

The only issue I have with this is Ether. Why allow ether before Litecoin? Maybe Im just sore because Ive been mining and selling ETH for awhile now with zero interest in keeping it.
However, I do think its good to have a reputable exchange available to purchase different coins with more ease.
Over all a good bit of news.
Oh, and yeah... Litecoin is totally, completely, absolutely and with out a doubt 'officially' dead....
