I can not go for silver or litecoin. I do not like how slow the price of silver is moving, unlike how gold price moved so significantly. Also I can not take litecoin when there is bitcoin. Bitcoin is about to get to all-time high again but litecoin is many miles lower than its all-time high. I have stopped checking litecoin price since many months ago when I noticed that it is not rising as I expected it to rise.

So, is the volatility of an asset such a marker for you?
It made some moves in 2024 earlier, however, now it's moving sideways all the time  Grin

Why do we oftentimes try to tie the price of visible assets like gold and silver to virtual asset as cryptocurrency, those traditional assets have been in existence for God knows how long and this Virtual assets are almost bearly UpTo a decade or at most going for two decades for them, and despite their rapid price appreciate a d popularities with in the short period of their existence, Bitcoin still varies from gold in so many ways and their both can't be compared, same with Litecoin and silver.

Iif I have to make a choice as for which between silver and Litecoin to hold for ling term sake, then I will definitely go for the virtual asseta such as Litecoin and Bitcoin knowing fully well about the risk in such investment.

The title says it all. Which of these assets you prefer? And why? I'm comparing both since Litecoin used to be called "Silver to Bitcoin's Gold". Knowing that LTC is scarce (only 84m coins will ever be mined), it might live true to its name someday. In case you didn't notice, Litecoin is worth 1/1000th the current price of a Bitcoin. Almost the same as Silver vs Gold (Silver is almost 1/100th the price of Gold).

Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
