I like LTC due to fast transfer and less fee as compared to BTC, it had a good future ahead.

I also have the misconception that the performance of litecoin is very poor but recently the sudden upsurge from $50 to $80 makes me have a rethink on litecoin and I believe the future of litecoin is bright.

There are a lot of people who believe in Litecoin and I'm the one of them.

It will grow and it has much more potential than bitcoin. It is better already and it will be better tomorrow if they will continue that pace.
Okay! Now you just caught me a little off guard there! Litecoin is a great coin and so far that it has been in existence for a while now and still staying on top of its game totally shows that it is really doing well with a lot of support. I have some LTC as well and even if the growth has been slow, do not mean it is not going to be a useful coin in the ecosystem.

Moreover, saying it has more potential than bitcoin ? Come on! You missed it all there; I hope it does not even get pushed down the ladder later on.

Recently, people have seen a gloomy on the LTC market, and it seems that things are gradually being forgotten
That is how life is bro! When people see things bad, they say the worst, and when it starts being rosy, they start their praises. As far as I am concerned, LTC will always be in the shadow of BTC and there is nothing that would change that. It is more or less a replica probably meant to be the silver of bitcoin.

Of course, it has some reputations too and support, with not so huge of a growth but not bad and I would not say it does not have a future. At least, it has a future more than so many alts out there right now.

From my own point of view, Litecoin is nearing death, there is no future at all, some people call it the bitcoin's silver coin, that's just a past tense, and Litecoin is surely the product of being eliminated.
You have a point and no one obviously know what tomorrow holds for any of the Altcoins. Litecoin has been able to stay up for years and still on and I won't be surprised if it still keeps finding a way to thrive a little bit. However, unless we do not really want to be realistic, it will get pushed down the ladder in coming years as there are so much alts to focus on with great future than Litecoin. Does it have a future? No one really knows but time will tell.

I just laugh at comments like this... It's nearing death and there is no future at all? Based on what?
Cheesy It is funny when people actually drop baseless comments like that and then you start asking yourself if there is something you have been missing. Litecoin has been in existence for a while now and there is still support for it and I wonder why someone would think there has been no development for the coin. Sure, it might be a clone of bitcoin and anyone can call it whatever they like, but that does not make it less relevant in the community. Whether it has a future, no one knows, but at least, so far so good, it is still there and doing good.

Litecoin is preferred as silver of bitcoin which means if cent is smaller form of dollar then litecoin is same for the bitcoin.
And the way litecoin is going this is too slow to compared to bitcoin. But maybe litecoin will gear up and keep a stable increasing rate.

Litecoin was regarded as silver to Bitcoin. However, its performance is much worse than Bitcoin.

What's your view on Litecoin's future? Will it catch up or continue to underperform?
Litecoin is an alternative currency to bitcoin, this coins found by Charlie Lee. I have this altcoin in my wallet for how many months i do hold this because i know it is have a potential altcoin, this altcoin now are in most top 5 valuable altcoins in cryto market cap. But i always looked forward bitcoin 85%  of my money is on the bitcoin. We all know that altcoins cannot chase bitcoin.

Litecoin is a bit awkward position, he has neither good technology nor a strong enough community, so I am also curious about what the future of Litecoin will look like.

If bitcoin is gold and litecoin is silver, it seems litecoin is less suitable for silver because there is a better than LTC, which fits to silver is ETH because ETH has a better future than LTC. No one can pursue Bitcoin but who approaches Bitcoin is definitely there and who will approach it is ETH.

I believe Litecoin should be part of a well diversified crypto portfolio, in a smaller proportion than BTC or ETH. It is also big in terms of capitalization and development continues. It will have some moments where it will outshine all other coins. Not all of them rise (or fall) at the same time.

I think the most exciting part of Litecoins future Im aware of is atomic swaps. It is very evident that litecoin has been very succesful when it comes to cross-chain atomic swaps. Moreover, it appears there are some other developments in the world of Litecoin-enabled atomic swaps. Successful tests with Vertcoin and even Bitcoin show there is a very bright future ahead for this technology. Surprisingly enough, these transactions were completed in an on-chain fashion, rather than by settling things off-chain. There is still plenty of work to do in this regard, but there’s good reason to be excited about atomic swaps right now.
