Idk  how.... i have waiting 12 days for my response about my IP restriction being needed to be changed and i STILL haven't heard back from them
and yes i emailed them from the account email i tried everything been emailing everyday since and NOTHING all my money is tied up because of this

When the Customer addresses us via email, we can quickly find out the cause of the difficulties.  But please, don't repeat your emails, every new email moves your request to the end of the queue. That is why you didn't get any response for so long. If your request is not answered yet, please send your username via private messages.

Unfortunately decided to withdraw all the remaining funds from livecoin, until the issue will be resolved.

Have submitted the tickets, only left to wait.

Over a week and no reply to last ticket submitted...

I am also quite amazed with the speed of support. Expected it to be much slower, but they actually do work quite fast. Especially compared to other exchanges.

That does not mean that I resolved the issue that I am having. Nevertheless I am happy that I am having an open discussion with Livecoin support, and hoping to work it out together.

Don't get me wrong, I did not intend to sound negative in any way.

Nevertheless, I would highly appreciate if we could resolve this issue the same way your team resolved it with the exchange users in the past, given those instances had identical conditions - missing payment ID for coins such as $xmr and $krb, and manual crediting for 10% fee.

it is obvious, that yours do not contain the Payment ID.

There is a warning in the deposit form - Payment ID is OBLIGATORY. If you don't specify Payment ID, deposit will not be credited. Unfortunately search and manual crediting without Payment ID is not possible due to IPBC peculiarities. http://prntscr.com/inkd1b

You also didn't follow our requirement to send small transaction first for test purposes.

We have no idea what you mean by misalignment between us and crex24, we are not bound by anything and we should not coordinate with any third parties as well as with other exchanges. We are adding the coins and process transactions in accordance to the instructions given by the developers.

I have read on multiple occasions (your forum boards here/bitmedia) that people had the same issue with $KRB and $XMR in the past, for missing payment ID, particularly on livecoin.net

The support ended up helping for 10% fee of the amount to be credited, after information such as tx id, tx amount, time, was provided.

I have provided all of this information with screenshots and verification. I believe that if your team solved these issues in the past with $xmr and $krb, it should be no problem to do the same thing with $ipbc.

I would like to get the same treatment like your previous customers in the past.

Please let me know whether additional information is required.

Got a response that I really did not expect.

The support managed to locate my funds, however they state that payment ID is missing and therefore manual crediting will not be possible. The payment ID was added in the transactions, now whether it was misalignment from crex24.com and livecoin.net with the references, or wallet and server maintenance played a role, I do not know.

However, I provided all the required proof of transactions, time, amounts, and ID's, for it to make it easy to verify and credit the coins.

I am looking forward to the solution of this misunderstanding. I have seen that people had these type of issues beforehand and they were fixed for a small fee, which I am willing to pay if that is the case.

This is already stressful as it is, but I hope livecoin.net will properly solve this together.

Got a reply that my request was forwarded to technical team and on Monday I should receive a reply.

Slightly worried (who wouldnt be), but lets wait and see. Will post updates here.

man please check your ipbc wallet, there are plenty deposits missing that have been send yesterday(yeah they have been sent with payment id)
and your support dont react for 7 hours now. thank you i lost a few thousand $, because i couldnt trade early

This coin is still in test mode until the official announcement. Before that you are at your own risk when dealing in this asset.
When you get IPBC deposit address , you saw this warning https://prnt.sc/iida39  You can not get IPBC address without agreeing with a warning. If you sent a request to the technical support, please wait, you will be answered.
