Is anyone experiencing issues with BTC withdrawals? It was fine everything in the morning yesterday. But than one withdrawal for 0.6 BTC stuck in progress ( and finally was executed after 4 hours), and than another withdrawal for 0.75 BTC is in progress for over 14 hours.

Livecoin:

- Always down for "5-10 minutes" which equates to 10 hours
- Wallets are down most of the time
- Coins are listed below market value all the time
- Closes a wallet if the coin's price on another exchange skyrockets
- Too little volume - sure you can buy a coin, but can you sell it?

Please make more accurate server maintenance message that says the ACTUAL time required (in your case, average is 3 hours)

Please stop disabling wallets when you see coin prices on other exchanges going up

PLEASE give me my damn REEcoin so I can go make $7K

Livecoin has been down for over 16 hours with no response from them on here or Twitter (although LiveCoin was active today on here!)  you are scaring your customers, what is going on?

never had an issue with Livecoin.
Since 2 Months it mutated to my main Exchange and i like it alot.
When people complain about IP issues etc...after a big withdraw to another exchange watch out that the sum of the coins dont exceed 20000$ in Fiat Wink since sometimes i read some1 withdrawed 40 or 50% of their assets and then the ip blacklist happend they should read with more caution the user agreement.
I trust livecoin , everyone is free to use wich exchange he wants, but dont spread FUD because a transaction takes some hours more or a big withdraw of 20000+$ in crypto gets stuck for manual verification....


transfer £ was fine (similar time to coinbase) but few h later my account was blocks

Still awaiting a response to my ticket. Ticket submitted 12.01.2018 22:31

Looking through the support section of the website Livecoin say:

"If you're client of Livecoin and want to ask something or resolve an issue, contact us only via tickets. All clients' requests are to be resolved ONLY via tickets, except issues regarding access to account."

Fair enough...but if you think about placing another ticket because the first one might have been ignored altogether, you get this message:

"Support team operator responds to tickets in order of priority. If you send a new message now, your ticket will go to the bottom of the list. Click "Agree" button, if you are ready to wait, or "Cancel", if you want to keep the current position in queue."

So you are basically told to shut up and wait to be served, and if you ask again you run the risk of going to the back of what is obviously a very long queue.. This would be fine if you are given some sort of indication as to how long you should expect to wait. So far its been almost a week and I haven't even received acknowledgement that the ticket has been received.

What the hell guys. Come on, this is dismal customer service!!

Does anyone else have any other advice for getting through to Livecoin?

I had a similar issue on another exchange. If you have a dynamic IP just reset it from PC or restart your router and try with a new IP


I did but nothing happen to resolve my problem because the ip whitelist in my profile account is on, i send a email to [email protected] customer support  but nothing respond 3 days ago to resolve my problem.



Same issue with you 6 days ago i send a email for help about my account to fix about Access from my IP address is restricted but nothing response no concern for clients.

Hi Livecoin

I am a new account holder. I recently deposited HST to the deposit address as per your instructions, but the tokens have not appeared yet. This was 3 days ago  Huh

I raised a support ticket and sent the TX hash in my support ticket (time stamp 12.01.2018 22:31). No response to the ticket yet.

Can you advise where the coins have gone, and when I might be able to trade them? Or just make them visible in my account!
