Have you ever tried to change your ip by using VPN? If you did it, was that work? I mean, could you access your account with VPN or you are fully unable to access the site? If you have good amount of money there, then you should do all the possible ways to access your site. Probably they are now in a huge number of complains and they need to handle it one by one. Indeed waiting too long time is suck, but that's the only thing you can do while there is no replies anywhere.
