Dear Livecoin team,

In about a month ago you sent notification to all Livecoin members you are changing BTC addresses in Livecoin account.
I did make a mistake and did not read this notification and transfer BTC to old BTC livecoin address anyway (my fall)

I sent you support ticket and you explained me you can nothing to help and my BTC are lost.
But today I checked in BTC explorer you transferred my lost BTC forward anyway?

Are there any changes you can save my lost BTC and withdraw it to my new livecoin BTC wallet?
Since you were able to transfer BTC forward I assume you are able to safe them?

By applying to add an asset to Livecoin Trading Platform, the developer or an official representative of an asset agrees to report all technical issues with cryptocurrency, node, block explorer, etc., as well as notify of scheduled forks well in advance and promptly report the forks which occurred already. In case of loss of the clients' funds due to forks or technical issues with blockchain or node, the developer bears full responsibility for the damage.

Timeline for listing of a new asset depends on agreements reached with the applicant, the term for each specific asset is subject to negotiations on an individual basis. The shortest term for listing is 1 week.

I no longer have access to the email that is associated with my account.

When attempting to change emails, the system sends a verification to the old email. Which per above I can not access.

How can this be fixed?

(sent ticket but was told to just go in and change email, which obviously doesnt work)

Dear Livecoin,

I have read on multiple occasions (your forum boards here/bitmedia) that people had the same issue with $KRB and $XMR in the past, for missing payment ID.

The support ended up helping for 10% fee of the amount to be credited, after information such as tx id, tx amount, time, was provided.

I have provided all of this information with screenshots and verification. I believe that if your team solved these issues in the past with $xmr and $krb, it should be no problem to do the same thing with $ipbc.

I would like to get the same treatment like your previous customers in the past.

Please let me know whether additional information is required.
