But until now livecoin no response to my email about the issue of my account, but i still hoping to solve my problem because i have a funds to my account.

Does anyone know why LandCoin has been offline for so long and have any idea when it is likely to come back online?
Mine are currently stuck at Livecoin and I cannot move to a more profitable exchange!

That's helpful, would you also happen to know why LiveCoin prices are well below market value on most currencies?  Huh

In fact, earlier LiveCoin was telling me LandCoin was down 40% at one point and yet, if I clicked through to the LandCoin trading page, the price hadn't moved at all??!! Don't you find that strange? Almost like the prices are just being made up? Like LiveCoin is feeding their clients false information!!!

I won't be trading with LiveCoin ever again! I don't trust them one bit!

It's been over a week since my DIME withdrawal is "in progress". It's not normal and I believe it shouldn't happen, the support is inexistent or at least they are ignoring me. I filled tickets, I sent emails and still nothing. I will wait a little more and start posting everywhere on social media and forums, I repeat - this is not normal.

I would recommend staying away from this exchange.

I had problems with other exchanges too, I can understand that they are overwhelmed but my problem got fixed in 1-3 days which is ok.

Please do not worry.
The problem will necessarily be solved.

you're lucky you'll have what you ask, they do not let me touch my LISK (I'm arrogant support) for 7 months to let him know that the transfer went well but they are stuck on their wallet! exchange really poor

when I turn on ip whitelist to my profile account at livecoin this is the result when I  log in (Access from your IP address is restricted) because
I did not expect the internet provider in my country is always change ip address every hour.

Hello. Please do not worry and wait for a response from the support.

With thanks to klarki my issue was resolved by Livecoin support after waiting for 10 days, so although slow I can attest they are honest as my error of sending ETH to a DAY receiving address was very stupid of me.
