Donate NORML.ORG  Why make it medical when you can make it legal and kill the medical industry, for the real use? Do not gamble that way gamble towards NORML for 100% legalization the way it should be.

I have a great deal of compassion for soldiers, I have no compassion for idiocy.  You cannot pull the "I'm a wounded warrior" card now and expect any sympathy for your egregious stupidity. 

I support wounded soldiers and am currently advocating to allow PTSD as a condition recognized by the state of Colorado for treatment with medical marijuana as our neighbors to the south have done in New Mexico.  I also support marijuana for recreational use and am not afraid that my civil disobedience in this matter will land me in any jail.  We, the citizens of Colorado, will in the next sixty days end prohibition within our state.

It will take years (if not decades) for the federal government to change the IRS code and Banking regulations in support of this industry but it is clear that Americans across the board are currently in favor of medical marijuana, even if congress is not.  In Colorado we are taking it that extra step and we are currently in favor of recreational use.

The banking problems in the industry will not go away any time soon and so there is a REAL need for a bank-like entity to facilitate in the trade of marijuana in our state and beyond.  As I pointed out in my original post the opportunity in Colorado alone is one that might exceed $200 million in the next twelve months.

With this I ask each and every reader of this post to consider gambling a tiny portion of their holdings toward this venture.  I will pay back at 3 to 1 upon launch after which I will present a comprehensive business plan and offer the opportunity to invest directly into the bank-like entity.

I can tell you have no sense of entrepreneurial spirit.  Entrepreneurs, which I am, are risk takers by nature.  There is a great deal of risk in this industry.  There is risk of money loss, there is risk of jail time for operators and the real risk is that I might piss off a drug dealer and get shot.  I've calculated the danger and determined the opportunity is greater than the real risk.  That's what business people do.

Who wants gamble?  I'm offering a three to one payback.

You are an idiot.  Norml is an organization who's mission is to legalize marijuana.  They did not originally support medical marijuana and think it is a sham.  They are not in the business of growing or selling marijuana.  they are not in the business of becoming a bank0like entity as that is not their charter.

You have a business idea that could potentially tap into 4mil/week but aren't willing (or able) to come up with $250-750 to get it started, why?
