Can you give us at least two weeks notice on the hard fork?
What do you mean hard fork? I have been through google.translate read your posts, sometimes a bit not clear!

Intended hard fork means the developer changes the way the coins will be generated. It usually involves the update of the wallet(QT) files. We have to install the new file before the time point when the new algorithm becomes effective. That is called hard fork. Before the hard fork time point, both old and new wallet files will work in the same way. After that, the two wallet files will work differently, there will be two forks of the coin.

In our case the hard fork will be due to changing the Difficulty Algorithm. DGW2 is performing well enough that there's no immediate rush to switch to dgw3/digishield so if or when we decide to hard fork it won't be for a while yet. We will try to ensure that everyone has atleast 2 weeks notice and we will contact all exchanges and pools that host an LGC wallet to ensure it goes smoothly.

All it will mean for miners is that they will have to download a new wallet before the cut off time which at this point is probably not going to be until block 86000

We will either be implementing DGW3 or Digishield over the next week as well as QR support which will mean a hardfork.

there's already a bunch of other X11 coins out... and in 5mo, there will literally be hundreds more.

The cloner of this clone is the one who will put out 20 more out of those hundreds. Same guy who launched Hashcoin, Dreamcoin and many others not yet detected.

Wow sounds like I'm a busy guy? Considering there's 0 premine here and the Logicoin team has actively spent money on promotion, websites and servers it doesn't make a whole heap of sense that we would launch other coins.

We will either be implementing DGW3 or Digishield over the next week aswell as QR support which will mean a hardfork.

What I will say is that our dev is actively supporting other coins via the Cryptocoin Revival Foundation. He has helped revive Frycoin, Quarkbar and helped out with DuckDuckCoin. Apart from that we have absolutely nothing to do with any other coin. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/closed-576714

FWIW I don't think anyone here actually buys that guy's baloney. The Dreamcoin dev did state openly that he's the Hashcoin dev, and it's true that a new X11 clone comes out daily, but the same is true for most decent algos - I've notice a scrypt-jane bandwagon starting lately actually. Some coins are just tinkering with the scrypt nfactor and calling it a new scrypt derivative. Plus, virtually every altcoin has a pedigree of previous coins it was based on. Bitcoin->Sifcoin->Quarkcoin->Darkcoin->Logicoin

New algos are important features, and it's entirely possible to mass produce an X11 ASIC - but that's part of the reason why I liked Logicoin's halving schedule; if X11 does take off to the point that ASICs are being mass produced for it, LGC distribution will have already slowed to a trickle. The only worry I have at that point is a %51 attack.

You guys are doing a really great job, and you've got a community behind you. We want Logicoin to be successful in the long term, and it's got a great start going. Thanks for all your hard work. We all know there was a legitimate no-premine, and that you've stuck with us, and even gone above and beyond by showing your support for other good altcoins that have lost their devs. That in itself has set Logicoin apart from the others, the Logicoin team has shown that they care and contribute to the altcoin community as a whole. That is something special.

Anyway, ramble over.

lol correct me if im wrong but isnt lgc the exact opposite of those coins. both look premined and one of them is pos which logicoin.info seems to be against. please post proof if you are going to make silly claims like that
