For long-term investments you need to choose only reliable projects. As for me, top coins are ideal for this. And of course, Bitcoin especially now when it goes up.
i do long-term investment cryptocurrency with BTC and ETH for my investment.
BTC have a good potential to grow every year, look at when 2017 BTC hit almost $20.000 and down again in 2018 in $5000.
that mean BTC have a rocket button someday and that someday i believe will happend in 2021 and BTC will hit $50.000.
i just hope that really like i want.

No, I just have a plan for a short-term investment. My plan is to buy certain assets from July to August '19 and hold until the next 4 to 6 months
If about long-term investment, maybe i will hold till January 2021
But in world of crypto or blockchain, I'm not just investing my money, I'm investing more of my time to getting altcoins from bounties
Bitcoin in a long term would be the best choice, about other altcoins I would be more careful. Look which altcoins exist few years ago and look which altcoins are now in top 100.
Yes I do as long as it doesn't involve leaving my coins especially in an exchange or private wallet with the hope that it will trade at $100000 in the future. These coins are assets that can be traded for passive income without the asset if you know how the market works.

well i think you should invest in coin that are in blockchain area, i believe blockchain will be big and i do think investing in it will give a huge profit in few years. I stopped believing in long-term investing in ordinary coins. Long-term investment can only be in Bitcoin or Ethereum.
All other coins have big risks for long-term investment. Therefore, as soon as I saw the growth of my coin, I sell it and buy bitcoins.

Placing some order to btc and keep it for 1 year. I'm sure next year will be a new high for bitcoin because of halving event.

I want just to wait until we would reach the mass adoption, because than we would see a completely different picture and completely different stats of crypto currencies. I have strong doubts that if we would be able to make every from our daily payments in ETH, it would not cost 200 bucks.
As for altcoins, there about them to accurately say no. As practice has shown, it is best to just take bitcoin and hold. Short-term speculation altcoins can be, but no more.

The future matters to me more than anything and all I'm planing is to have good working tokens and coins at hand before bitcoin start surging ,all I do is continue building more portfolio I believe that holding for long term have its pay day too
