Looking straight for the current market situation, a lot of ICO project unable to finished just because they only gathered a small amount crypto coins which couldn't compensate their own project to launch. It's very hard to us to find good ICO which give us assurance and having returns in our investment cause mostly are just scam.

I am suggesting you to invest in cheap established market instead of ICO market.It seems that, ICO market is now very down and it is nor mucg profitable.
I'm not sure if its a good idea to invest this time. All cryptos are down and we are not sure when the bull market will come. If you are just doing bounty then it's fine but if you are planning to invest well i think that this is not the right time.
