No you should not stop trading, that would be the worst decision that you will make. How would you regain those 40% loss if you quit trading, you need to win back that money. Losing momey is just a part of being a trader, now you have learned some lessons sp you would not do it again next time. Trading gives a lot of profit it just needs a lot of patience in holding some coins because not all coins are successful especially those coins that are not that famous. But as time goes by the value of it will rise. So in order to get that money back just continue trading

Also, if your new to trading then shouldn't go with a huge amount. Always start with a small amount until you learn the basics.

You commited a mistake in trading and you are now planning to quit in the trading world. My advise is do not quit to the trading world because it is just a part of challenges in your life. There is a big possibility that you can be successful if you will continue the trading.

Quitting are for the losers so never do that and make those mistakes as lesson to do good in your next trade. There is always a first time with everything and losing in trading is not an exception. All of will experience all the roller coaster ride before we can taste real profit in trading.

It would be easy for you to learn if you are inspired, if you want that you have get something you'll never quit but you should also consider the amount you have spent or the amount you put at risk because although you love what you are doing but when it does not give you a positive return then you have to accept the reality that you are good in something but surely not in trading.

The business depends upon risk only and if the business is dealing in cryptocurrency with such price volatility there is always a risk. Every time you are in not in a situation of gaining profits but also have to bear losses but having patience and faith will lead you to earn profits in future.Don't get panic but deal wisely and try not to loose again.

It depends on how much loss you are willing to assume. Do you still want to continue with the current loss? I personally wouldn't continue if that was the loss that I'm making. There is always a bad day when it comes to trading. It's part of it. Cryptocurrency is so volatile. You can only manage it so much, but there will still be factors that is beyond your control.

I think you should stop trading, losing 40% and thinking about stop already improving that you're not fit with trading. So i think you should stop to keep your assets to do something else that you can make profit from it.
