I will say you should still continue, just have more patience so you won't end up again as you did before. You already have your lesson, so improve your self if you really want high profit. If you will accept failures easily then how can you be successful on trading? But if you want to stop, then I don't care it is still up to you what would you choose?

One of the world's leading Bitcoin-powered casinos
Never trade, invest and HODL.
I think this is the real answer for the OP Because here we can see clearly what the OP made mistake in his trading .
Usually people bought the coins at low price and then wait until the price of the coin increase and then after increase the price they sell with sufficient amount of profit , that is known as legimate trading in cryptocurrency .
But here thread main post shows directly that OP have not much patience in the trading . If he will wait then surely he will make much amount of money profit .
Here I myself wait for 777 coin to sell for 1.5 years and also I made 11 times the profit than what I invested and also in the same way I also invested in Digibyte coin for 3 months to make profit and also succesfully I made much , so here you can understand well that how much patience we need to make trading successfully .
Here my suggestion for the OP is to have patience and investment in multiple coins , Because to have investment in multiple coins leads into profit always ( or already lower the risk of trading to loss ) .

Business risk is absolutely possible and tradecoin is the same. I lost 80% of my capital but I still did not give up because I realized the true potential of Crypto. You should make a cautious decision for yourself.

this is just a suggestion, if in my opinion you should continue your example money 1000usd and you have lost 400 you have to continue but with a larger volume.
like a quote someone put all the money in in 1 small basket, do not put a little money in many baskets.
I hope this helps. thanks

I would probably go though losing that much because for me to get back to it very hard, there is no word of regret in my life.

Trading with btc - eth, I buy too high ( 0,082 ) and today I sell all on 0,077. Before that trade btc - ripple ( xrp ), make mistake buy 0,0002150 so today I sell with price 0,0001200. I decide to sell all because my patience is finish. I have loss almost 40% from my money, my question is simple ................. stop or continue?

To be honest, with those strange trading decisions you should focus more on a serious learning process if you really want to dedicate yourself to this trading business. And the best way to learn is, in my opinion, through practice, but you should try to invest only small amounts so that these terrible losses do not happen again.

Have you put in your overall income or save some thing. Should you invested max a part of your income then quit trading. When you are dropping then there's always a panic or anxiety scenario in mind that is dangerous . So easier to stop and also have some relaxation.

You need to quit trading, modify your technique and learn from more knowledgeable investors and do document trading first or with very low quantities so you can test your abilities. Also look to trade coins who've great technology and developers backing them so even if you purchase too high it is going to raise over that. And don't forget to show patience!

Don't stop, trading is an art of making money, once you may lose but doesn't mean that every time you can't lose it, try again you may get profit.

Do not stop, that is just a part of being a trader, knowing that you are just starting in this business. Some people even lose a hundred percent but still continuing to trade because the wanted to win back that lose. And for you my friend, you do not wanted to just cut off your loss because that is a big money 40% but if you still continue to trade and you got the right strategies you might win back double of that price so if you wanted to be successful just do not quit because that will be wasting an opportunity. Trading is an easy one you just need a lot of patience.

That is just 40% dude, come on. Most of traders like me experience 50% loss or more than that but we don't think about quitting. If you diversify your investments, you can recover easily with that loss.

I think you already know why you lose money because you already explained what you did. The wrong thing about what you did is you buy high and sell it for a low value. Its like buying something precious and exchanging it for dusts. I think you should continue but don't do transaction if you know you are not earning.

Yes, you should stop trading... at least until you learn how to trade. Trading is not easy and it requires a lot time, skill, and patience. The learning curve is some-what large- it can take anywhere between two weeks to two years to fully learn how to trade (properly). You should first learn the basics of the markets (how they work, what influences the prices, market caps, etc.), then you should begin to learn trading strategies. Finally, you should master complex chart and market analysis while you apply your skills to the market by paper trading (writing down your trades on paper and not actually buying or selling anything so you can test your skills without losing).

Good luck and stay safe! Tongue

Why stop? Everybody gets loss with their money. As long as you haven't sold yet your coins even its dump, it's not yet a loss rather an unrealized loss. Trading is very risky but everybody gets loss. Just be careful on riding the flow so that you won't end up broke or wrecked. Control your emotion and study the chart carefully.

Continue because those are long term coins and it's too early to give up because real traders never quit.

You should not stop trading. Just be patient because first of all, once you start trading, you take the risk of losing your money but as far as i know, trading nowadays have higher chances of gaining your money if you put time and effort plus some strategies.
I think he should stop trading and start holding. Trading without learning cant make you rich, but holding without knowing may make you rich. I suggest all newbie to crypto should start holding coin.

I think You should stop trading at the moment and learn again what wrong with your trading plan. And if you have new strategy and new risk management, you can try again to trade. I think you should be determine amount of take profit and amount of stop loss during trading, for example stop loss 20% and take profit 30%, so this strategy will help to get consistent profit.
