If there really was any successful transaction, it should be in blockchain. Check it with any BTC explorer firstly.

i dont know about your case but i think your transaction is stuck, you can check it again from the transaction id? is the value in the transaction id is 0 too? i dont know what shoul you do, i think you can wait for a while, maybe your transaction is stuck

Yesterday i purchased bitcoins from bit bargain (which i do quite frequently) and when i transferred them to my electrum wallet it shows as received but the amount is +0 and my balance is 0. 0.016015btc is the amount which i transferred and i'm not sure what do do, any help?


Try to contact the support and explain to them clearly what was happening,  I know they will contact you and will fix the problem that you have.  I have also a problem like that but luckily that was fixed by the support. I believe your problem will gonna be fixed be patient.

Your coins must be sent using a very very cheap transaction fee. It might take ages to receive. Did you call their support team to address what happened? There is no solution for this but to wait.
Yeah, a bit of a helpless situation not much you can do. best of luck though !

I do not really understand with OP, if the transaction on tx shows "0" I think there is an error or error maybe, but if the tx has the correct amount but in your wallet that electrum does not show changes and an increase in the balance, maybe you have not synchronized the wallet You, if that's the case, try to refresh it.

There might be en error in blockchain system but don't be anxious you will get the solution very soon. You can check the transaction again it might help to find the solution.

I guess your coins must be sent using a very cheap transaction fee. It can take for the age-olds. You can call their support team to tell you what happened. Wait for the solution you will find solutions soon.

This small amount and transfer of this amount of BTC can be very expensive or shipping can take a very long time. What GAS did you set?

Were you alert what you did was right? I mean aren’t they a fraud? Please re-check this matter. Otherwise you may loose your coins. Because there are so many scams are available in market.
