I think there is a misunderstanding. You should re-check the matter and if it is true, then you should ask for the help from that site's customer care service. I think they’ll help you to fix the problem.

I also transferred Bitcoin to electrum wallet and did not have any problems, electrum gives good wallet security but I do not think it is profitable to use a lot because of transfer fees. If your problem seems to be made by yourself, contact the electrum support center and try to know more about it.

One thing that I thought maybe you need to wait more time to see the bitcoin that you transfer to electrum and if still nothing you should try to contact the electrum support center.

Try to contact the support team of the address provided to see why this is happening. Also being associated with exchnages that offers way cheaper rate can lead to it too.

If the transaction fee was cheap then it might take some time to get transferred to your account. If that wasn't the case, trying contacting the support system to see what actually happened, I hope this wasn't caused by a virus/adware/malware.

It could be the reason that there are malware or viruses in your computer or the fact that the transaction fee was extremely low, and caused this to happen.

There's only one transaction https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/852e31f811cf74779c7c0ebc125c58db30cca2632f887b04104d0208aafec5bc

Your story doesn't add up. Better to explain in full detail on what happened.

Be patient and wait for the confirmation right now. Hopefully, the transaction will be confirmed soon. I am guessing you have paid a very little amount of transaction fee which might have caused the delay. Otherwise, you can always contact the support.

What do you want to do? There is nothing you need to do, or you can do as long as the amount you sent doesn't get enough confirmations from the network and gets added to your balance. If it shows the amount you sent but shows nothing as balance then the transaction is simply in the network yet and is not confirmed. There is nothing to worry about that IMO.

I suggest you contact Bit bargain team to discuss this issue. You didn't specifically describe your issue with us which I will say a wise decision. You contact them and see what happens. Maybe it will take time, but it is on your way.

You should ask for help from the support group. Maybe you are exposed to some phishing websites or Malware wallets, which caused this to happen. Be very careful from the next time.

The best you can do right now is contacting the support and see if there has been any difficulty from their side. Otherwise, keep calm and wait for the transaction to happen as it seems like, the bargain cost of transfer might have slowed down the whole process. Also, do let us know about further updates.

Think your device is virus attacked or some technical fault. Otherwise there was some technical fault with your wallet.

You can ask suggestion for what will you need to do. Peoples are using blockchain but they don't face this type of problems. That’s why recheck your transaction.
