As far as i know blockchain system is secure that’s why it might be your fault. Peoples are not facing this type of problems. You can check your transaction freshly.

Maybe a bug in the wallet ?
It's not a bug unless he can't send his BTC. OP probably sent it on his older receiving address and it got buried somewhere since electrum uses new receiving address after 1 incoming transaction. It shouldn't be lost if his wallet shows 0.016 btc the receiving address is the only missing part anyways it's not needed when sending BTC.

This is due to BTC diggers, which may cause the BTC to wear out
BTC diggers causing BTC to wear out? Lol what are you talking about. If you meant the miners they have nothing to do with OP's problem.

Yesterday i purchased bitcoins from bit bargain (which i do quite frequently) and when i transferred them to my electrum wallet it shows as received but the amount is +0 and my balance is 0. 0.016015btc is the amount which i transferred and i'm not sure what do do, any help?

Maybe a bug in the wallet ? If your balance is okay, then the log of your transactions is error.
Try to contact the electrum wallet support, they may help you to find what is going on.
Or maybe you can join the telegram group of electrum that has admin on it.

It’s a technical fault. Wish you will get rid of this problem by help of getting technical support. There are many company who gives this type of technical support.
But into which will he get technical support? There's a confirmed transaction to the address provided by bul206 but it's different from what he said.
You can ask for help from the Support, but the ETH address is another Bitcoin address!
I do not know why you have such confusion!
failures in shipping transactions, especially on eth
Why ETH has been mentioned if the transaction is on BTC?

something must be wrong somewhere. probably, a technical error or issues with cheap transactions fees. You may receive the coins but not too soon if it is an issue of cheap transaction fee.

failures in shipping transactions, especially on eth, occur because of substandard fees that are used, and for bitcoin usually from the problem of miners who are experiencing interference and can also occur because the computer is exposed to a virus

Well, this type of bitcoins lost transactions cases are seen very much often everywhere and i think you should wait for the confirmation to happen, check whether the confirmation is happened or not and also try to share the Blockchain transaction id here so that we can also confirmed from our side and find  where the mistake has been made. Try to ask help from the electrum wallet and Bit Bargain support team and find out where the mistake is been made and who is responsible for these things.

Lols thanks Silent26, can't imagine someone is using an article spinner to rewrite my comment..  Poor lazy guy.

If you often buy Bitcoins in bit bargain and you didn't experienced any problems before, and if you're sure that you didn't commit any mistake when transferring it, then it's possible that it only takes some delays but not so sure though. @layoutph was right, if it happens that you used a cheap transaction fee then it will take some time before you receive your Bitcoins.

But it is still much better to get some assistance from experts about your problem. Someone here already replied where to get help.

Your coins must be sent utilizing an extremely modest exchange expense. It may take ages to get. Did you call their help group to address what was the deal? There is no answer for this yet to pause.

I don't think there might be an error on the bitcoin blockchain system, maybe it's due to your own carelessness. from the beginning I know bitcoin I have never encountered problems like this, if there really is a problem caused by user carelessness, try to check your transaction again

In my opinion, your computer is exposed to malware / virus / script that changes the copy and paste address to the 13JF5274VuNthhwKkLrYyZW73smjSYAEen address, because the wallet address is already quite well known to be the destination address of the bitcoin resulting from the malware / virus. and many have become victims.

I checked your address here: https://blockexplorer.com/address/35j2dasvPaFTzExrnqqWYnho2jEJB4fjNM

This shows you have received one transaction for a total of 0.00463531 BTC. It doesn't match the amount you described, are you sure this is the right address?

How to export the private key was covered in several previous forum threads, most notably here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11522893
