But I still need the associated email address to get in.
He tried to make an experimentation by contacting the support to see if he could manage to recover his account without the email address, but it seems he did not success or is still in the process as there is a back and forth communication with the support but no clear solution. Maybe you can also take your chances by contacting support. I recommend you first read through that thread, though.
But the correspondence with support amounted to about 10 letters on my part and finally ended with a final solution to the issue. For more than a month of correspondence from support, I received 9 completely stupid and formal responses. But in the end, they resolved the issue after I began to quote from their public documents and from the current legislation of the Cayman Islands, where it is registered. So sometimes you can achieve something even from such a wallet as Blockchain.com.
More on this in this thread.
I have no idea what to do now. Looking back at my emails from Blockchain, I had the confirmation of account set up straight away. Then in 2017 I had an email asking me to confirm my email (I can't remember seeing this at the time so I assume that I didn't) Then finally I had one in 2018 which was a news letter. If the account has become de-activated, would it have been linked to another email address? Any ideas what to do?
But this is at your discretion, dear Osiris 100.
Perhaps you will consider it right to continue in this topic.
