If you do not know your private key then you can not do the tokens transaction: You understand that the wallet is inserted: Then you have to make a new wallet.

if the personal key of the wallet is lost then you will lose the entire coin in it. losing a personal key to a wallet is a very fatal mistake, for me it's a huge loss if in it is a very valuable coin.

Nope, there's no other way you could retrieve your wallet once you lost your private key. Even the platform itself couldn't help you with that. Try to be careful next time. Because your private key is really your only security against those hackers/scammers so please be extra cautious next time. There are a lot of ways you could back it up. But the damage has been done, and I'm so sorry that your portfolio is gone.

Guys what will happen if you accidentally lost the copy of your private key?..it's still possible to transfer your tokens to your other wallet using your wallet address..?? Does anyone know?..thanks in advance
Thats the bad thing that you gonna regret if you lost the copy of your private key. You can not access and one can access now in your wallet. And all your tokens are in absolute black cold place that no one could ever get.

If the private key is lost, it means that you have lost the bitcoin assets forever, which many people have lost in the past. Grin Grin Grin
Damn that must indeed really suck, since bitcoins is really expensive, wouldn't it be prudent to store your private keys in a very secure location where you wouldn't easily loss all the money that you have stored in your wallet.

if you lost your private key, its the end of your bitcoin assets. In etherium wallet, once you loss it, you will loss your access to your tokens and I think it is really impossible without it.

No, you can't transfer your coin just with an address, because if it's possible then we can steal other people's coins just by knowing their address.
As far as i know, there's nothing you could do if you lose your private key, since it's the way to open and access your wallet.
What you need to do is just let it go, and make other new wallet. Don't forget to back it up many times in many places though, just in case the same thing happens again.

No one will be able to access your wallet if you lose PK, and no one can help you to access your wallet again if your PK is lost
It is right. Private keys are too important, and losing it will really  cause you a big trouble.
Unlike other accounts or wallet, some  wallet used passwords instead of private keys and it is recoverable once you forget it but passwords has a possibility to cracked or hacked by hackers thats why it is still risky. But using private keys, even you cannot recover it once you lose it. It is really secured. It only depends on you if you take care of your private keys you wont lose it. Just like mine, i save my private keys in my phone's secret vault and also by having its backup in my google drive. Cool.

Hi! Sorry to hear about that. But i would like to assume you are using etherium wallet probably, if that so, before signing up you see that there are notes and disclaimers provided. That is why keeping your Private Key secure is the first priority to make. Transferring to other wallet and to be able to do so means you still need to access the account where your tokens are, but since you lose the private key i think it is not possible to open it of course and more to transfer the balances.

If your private key goes in wrong hands then he may empty your wallet. And without pvt key no one can access your wallet not even you and you also cannot make transfer into new wallet.
you will not get your coins anymore because to sell the coins you need a private key. so I'm sorry if that happens, because the results of your hard work will just disappear.

Im sorry OP but you cannot retrieve it anymore the moment private key was lost, the last option you can do is to retrieve the json file in your hard drive if you cannot do it then it is totally lost.

This is the sad the part losing your private key because losing it will not recover your tokens. The important in ethereum wallet is the private key this is the way you can open, transfer and deposit token in your wallet. Without it no other ways to recover.

I hope it will never happen to me, because the private key in my opinion is very important in accessing our wallets and without it we will not be able to transfer coin.need accuracy so that our private key is not known to others let alone lost.

A private key is very important and you need to have personal copies of it when you lose it. Even cracking private keys is an impossible feat.

That's one of the very first warning one gets when creating a new wallet that one should keep his/her pk safe if lost it can't be recover so I doubt if you will have access to the such wallet
