No one can access your wallet if you lose your private Key, and nothing can help you access your wallet again if Your private key is lost. Just god knows.

nothing you can do if you lose a private key, there is no guarantee of aps wallet if you lose private key. This means we can not:
1. Recover your private key
2. Access you account
3. Recover or reset your password
4. Reverse or cancel transactions
5. Recover your account
6. Send your Tokens from one address to another

I believe this is an ethereum wallet because you mentioned about token. You can still retrieve you token if you save your JSON file and you still remember the password that you use. Once you access your wallet using JSON file, create a new wallet and make sure to have a backup of your private key and JSON file in case of accidental lost of your private key. 
If you don't downloaded and save the file, unfortunately you lose all your funds. Take care next time.

if anyone dont get your private key, and u lost like you forget your key or somehow deleted then nobody access yor wallet .

Nobody and nothing will not help you if you lose the key. You need to make a copy of the key and store it in a safe place and then everything will be fine.

We have the same situation here, I don't totally lost my private keys but I cannot access my myethereum wallet using the private keys I think there is a lacking or excess code in my private keys. I also don't know what to do or how to retrieve it. I guess we can't do anything about it anymore. My tokens are lost forever.
There is nothing you can do about that, sorry for your loss. Maybe try RECUVA software

If the private key is myetherwallet if you lose it you can not open your wallet. You can not transfer your tokens/money. As a result you will lose your tokens/money forever. So you should keep your private key carefully.
