^ Sounds you are right, I have seen how many lotteries online gambling platforms here in the forum but usually, most of them never succeed.
They failed to attract gamblers because gamblers know that lottery gaming is a super low chance of winning. Basically, they are afraid and don't even trust how in getting result from their system reliable or totally fair. Many to mention of them, but it really hard to trust unknown platforms.

Here in my country we got different kinds of lotto. I'll give an example which is the 6/45 wherein you have to pick a six number bet 1-45, and numbers will be later be picked live on tv randomly. I am not a huge fan of lottery because winning to a lottery has a very low chance that winning to it is really impossible, that is why i intend not to play to lottery that i only play card games at the casino and in a online casino because there are more better chances for me to win in card games than lottery.

if its unknown yes it does not because you wont know if they are legit or not but if its a known site then no problem about that . offline lottery's are more trusted among them all because usually offline lotto are partnered by a government . like op i also like to play lotto but its not 4d the ones that i play but its 3d and regular lotto that consists of many numbers . i think they are more easier to win than on 4d just my opinion cause i can win more often on them .

I don't know what the bank will do if they know that their members used the account from that bank. Maybe the banks will investigate the account and report it to the government as gambling in Indonesia is not allowed. Idk why people are still betting on the lottery albeit the obvious fact that winning the jackpot is highly elusive even if you bet millions of combinations in it. I gave up betting on the lottery for 4 years now and honestly it saved me time and money that I wish I would have done in the first place. For correct 4digit number player will win 3000x up to 9000x based on the online casino's rule because each casino has their own payout system.
For correct 3 digit the payout is 400x, 2digit is 70x and 1 digit correct on its position is 8x.

Here in my country lottery has been legally implemented by credible persons, and was operating according to regulations ammended by the law.
